One of the best hamburgers I've had in a long time absolutely delicious
I always have a positive experience when I visit this restaurant. Finally well staffed with a very friendly, efficient, professional personnel. The food is very good, however, I find it a bit more expensive than I want to pay for a burger that I can get from other restaurant for less. Unfortunately, the other restaurant does not have bacon or do lettuce wraps. 3 out of 5 for price, not for the quality. If the price fell to around $8 for double with fries, would be 4.5 out of 5, which would beat other restaurant by .5 stars. I rarely have a 5 star experience, unless I eat at a 5 star restaurant. Perhaps this is not fair to some restaurants, but Google'a rating system needs to be updated for fast food vs sit-down waiter/waitress type restaurants.
Great food friendly service. Reasonable prices. Atmosphere? It's a burger place.
Took my wife to Five Guys for the first time. Normal atmosphere for the chain, but had peanuts out for eating for the first time I've seen since the pandemic. For was good as good as usual and service was fairly quick. My wife enjoyed the experience, which makes it a win in my book.
Absolute ripoff bacon cheesburger small fry and small drink cost 17.90. First and last time i will ever come here.
When I walked up to the counter with my burger in hand that was a mistake everyone including the kid with bluish purple hair ignored me until the lady making the burgers in a black hat (I assume the crew leader or manager) came over. When I showed her my receipt and told her cheese and bacon is missing, the response is well you didn’t order cheese. Ok well whatever the bacon is missing. I can get you a side of it or I can put it on the burger myself. Just give me a side so I can be done. This interaction was astonishing to me. Who trained this individual or any of these folks at this restaurant to deal with people?Should have stayed home and just grilled myself.
Call and see if they are open first. The hours on Google Search indicates they are open until 10pm. That wasn't the case last night. I attempted to put in an order online at 9pm only for it to say at the completion of the order that they were not taking orders online at this time. I then called and I was informed they were closed.
It’s very good hamburgers
I've eaten at every major burger chain in Arizona, and I can now say no one can beat Five Guys. Not only is it a good-sized real hamburger, but there are many toppings to choose from -- and they're all free! I was having a hard time deciding on toppings until I noticed that they wrapped my favorites (grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, mustard, and ketchup) into one bundle called the All In. I usually get the small burger, which is one patty, but this time I got the regular hamburger, which is two big patties. My son got the bacon burger and customized his differently than mine. The prices are quite reasonable for what you get. My son tried the peanut butter milkshake, which is now one of his favorites. I haven't tried a shake yet, but will go back for a malt, since not many places make malts. The interior design of red, white, and wood always looks clean and neat. Love the stacks of potatoes designating an aisle on the floor. Their fries are fresh and tasty, although I usually salt them more. The restaurant always has a sign indicating the city and state where that day's potatoes come from (usually somewhere in Idaho).
I don't think they should be delivering food. Their product isn't accurately represented by what is experienced when delivered. Or so I'm told. This was my first five guys order. I ordered for lunch to be delivered by postmates. The burger was still warm. But the bread was soggy. The burger fell completely apart and was a huge mess. But the most disappointing part was that my strawberry shake was completely thawed. I could've had a better experience had I just blended a few strawberries with a cup of milk. So,I paid $5 for a small cup of milk with a few chopped up strawberries in it. For $5 I was expecting the best milk shake experience ever! What I got was the worst experience ever! But,to be fair,I will try them again when I have time to stop in and have it fresh. I will give an update then. Just wanted to warn people about the delivery experience. I spent $16 and change for a soggy burger and a warm shake. And I didn't even have fries with that?!
