A nice place with nice scenery and I love the firefighter support. The food is pretty good as well and service is presented nicely.

Awesome place for lunch, that still serves hot subs!! Plenty of options, and plenty of sides as well. Kind of hidden, but worth the effort!!
Don't assume that the ingredients on the sandwich will actually be there, make sure to coach the staff to actually do their jobs! Oh and if you try and mention that something was wrong be prepared to get yelled at by the manager for it!
We ordered 8 subs total and asked for their house sauce. The lady making the sandwiches loaded up 5 small containers of sauce and asked if we needed anymore. As I was requesting more from the employee that asked, the manager (I'm assuming) told us we were "cut off from sauce". I requested just enough for 1 small container for each sandwich but she told me "she had a business to run". Such a small reasonable request and awful customer service. Love firehouse but if you want your business to thrive, I'd suggest having better leaders to manage.
I placed an online order using the app. Every sub that had some sort of customization (7 out of 10) was incorrect. Ingredients that were not wanted on the sub were left on the sub and ingredients wanted on the sub were not added to the sub. It is disappointing because we paid for the add-ons. The worst part is that when I arrived back to the office with a bag full of subs none of the subs were marked. Each sub box had a number on it so I called firehouse to ask what the numbers mean since there's no numbers on their website, and they told me the numbers coincide with the receipt. So I look at the receipt trying to figure out whos sub is whos and the receipt definitely does not coincide with the numbers on the boxes. It was a lot of looking at each sub and trading. Super annoying and everyone at the office is looking at me as if it's my fault but I put in everyone's order correctly, firehouse subs did not honor the order. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
We just ordered 3 subs from Firehouse. Mine was a small. The two others were regular. The total was $70 friggin dollars! That's ridiculous!!
