This is by far the worst dunkin donuts. The donuts always taste burnt and are smashed. To bad because the drive through was convenient. I will drive the extra mile to Bosa and walk in. Or, drive across the street to Safeway.
6/10 times my coffee tastes good. Oh well. Staff is much friendlier in the last year! I go every morning :)
Had a mobile order in drive-through pick up. Drove down the road to only find out that the entire order was botched. No egg and egg sandwich and was given the wrong coffee. Zero stars.
So the guy there made me a white cappuccino with almost no coffee and his answer was I have never made one today 2/14/2022 at 12:30. The young girl made one but very rude without a smile or eye contact as if I don't deserve a quality drink. Well at least she made the drink. I will never again ever step foot into your store and go to Starbucks or another coffee shop who knows how to smile, be polite and make coffee. All my family will now go to Bosa donuts instead. I feel sorry for the owner of this location. Thank you very much and good luck with your business.
Worst Dunkins in the country. Hope they decide to make what you order because that's really hard. Online order in person order doesn't matter, it's whatever they decide to make not what you ask for. Waste of time money and patience. Oh and if you thought you should be able to place an order and pick it up during normal business hours be careful, they might actually be closed at 2pm but charge you for the order.
If I could give less than one star I would give them a negative star. This Dunkin’ Donuts most definitely needs a new manager. The manager is so nasty to the customers and has this hateful look even when you’re trying to speak nicely and be pleasant I don’t want any person with this type of attitude servicing my food I most definitely will find another one to go to I’ve went here several times and she constantly has a bad attitude whoever is over this place needs to read the reviews and dump the manager and get someone that likes working with the public because evidently this lady does not!
I think my first negative review of anything ever..... This store on Ocotillo and Ironwood is in need of a manager or 2. I used to come here everyday. Be a great place to re-open an actual Dunkin'. Lobbys constantly closed, wait through the ridiculous drive through for cold food with an attitude. Bummer......
All I can say is Wow, please interview your next manager before hiring. FYI if your having a bad day don’t take it out on people that work under you and your customers.
Limited selection of goodies. All sold out. Was not clean at the counter. Help could have been more friendly and have cleaner shirt to greet and help people
Good but they run out of stuff pretty quick.
