Just went to Dunkin’ and ordered a bunch of food for my family, and EVERYTHING was old, cold and hard. Bacon was cold and soft. Also the tater tots burnt and old. Worst experience ever! Only things that were ok were the donuts. Won’t be returning!
It's a shame that you can't go to your neighborhood Dunkin' Donuts and have dine in service! Sign on the door says staff shortage! Girls working came out to greet me very rudely smoking cigarettes outside letting me know they were closed inside. Really? I literally saw 8 to 10 people turned away!
515am sat at drive-thru 2-3 minutes, no one said anything so I drove up to the window possibly the microphone wasn't working.... Lady just stared at me and went around the corner. I was a regular at this place. She's never been a smiling face. I have no reason to return. One star deserving for sure.
Did the drive thru. The staff was so rude. Went for my daughters birthday today. Asked what kind of donut holes they had and they said look at the menu. Then I asked for a flavor and they were out of it. I then asked what they do have and the said read the menu. ?♀️ He looked at me like I was bothering him as I then got up to the window. Asked if they had Apple fritters and he said no. I ended up with my glazed donut holes and never will be going back to this location.Worst customer service ever!
French vanilla iced coffee and frozen hot chocolate is bomb. They are great at this store.
We’ve been visiting this Dunkin for years on the weekends when we go on drives because it’s a lot better than the one near our house. I’m sad to see it’s lost its quality, too. ? The past 3 times we have visited, we’ve been disappointed, and twice had our drinks remade because they were so bad. I don’t know what happened, but I hope it gets fixed.
everytime i come to this dunkin the staff is always so nice and really listen to what to you want to order they always have the product i want and i wish i lived closer to this location! (-:

Me and my mom were very disappointed with our service today. We were talking to the lady who was kind and trying to explain to us about the cold coffee. When she got Interrupted by her manager Mr.Bin he was very RUDE and very SNAPY at me and my mom we felt very ruched. Me and my mother was highly disappointed in this man attitude.
