I ordered 2 pizza’s to be delivered and they told us they couldn’t process my credit card because they don’t recognize my zip code because it’s out of state and yet they charged me 6 times so far, for the same order. This is the second time that Domino’s has done this to me. This will be the last time I ever get pizza for my grandkids at Domino’s
This location has really gone downhill. Ordered a Pizza at 7:45 PM on a Saturday, it just appeared at my front door at 10:30. They just left it outside, and I did NOT select contactless delivery. If I hadn't had a ring doorbell, I wouldn't have even known it showed up. Needless to say, I had to make something else for dinner. I tried to call the store to cancel my order, nobody answers. I like Dominos Pizza, but this store is not the place to get it. On 2 separate occasions, the cheese dip we ordered showed up as a burnt solid piece of cheese, and they barely put a millimeter of cheese in it. This store used to be alright but lately they just don't seem to care.
The quality of service was completely unreasonable.. the quality of food was even worse! This location has let me down on numerous occasions and I've finally decided to inform people of the trash food you'll receive when ordering! The people inside the establishment are rude and hurry you out the door.. they give you room temperature sodas, like you have time to get it cold before eating.. the lack of attention to the pizzas while cooking results in massive bubbles that force the toppings to slide to one side.. the ovens must be too high of temp because everything seems overdone! This is not my first time having this experience, but I always give benefit of the doubt and try multiple times, I WILL NOT TRY AGAIN NOW!
This domino's used to be great, but quality has gone way downhill the past year. My biggest issue is the pasta bowls. They used to fill the bowl; now there is BARELY any pasta in the bowl. You can see the bottom and sides of the bowl. It is literally almost empty. I keep being told they prepare the pasta size by weight, but there is literally nothing there. It was not like this before. I don't mind paying for quality, but I do not expect to pay for an almost empty bowl.I used to order at least once a week, sometimes two, for years. I have drastically reduced my ordering recently and after this most recent experience I might be done with Dominos. I can't even call the store to express my concern because the phone system is shut down.
I received noticed that the Delivery was complete. The problem was is that we never received our order. When we finally received our order in was at least 30 mins after the notification that it had been delivered. I made several attempts to contact the Domino's store and each time the phone just rang with no message devise to answer to leave a message. I drove from my house to the Dominos business, only to receive a call that the delivery guy dropped off the order. No apology or anything.The chicken kickers and cheesey bread were warm but the pizza tasted under cooked and was slightly cold.This order was a waste of time and money. I've done alot of business with this Domino's location and this was the worst order I have ever dealt with.This has completely changed my mind about Domino's pizza. No more....I'll take my money / business somewhere else.
The first time I ordered delivery I got someone’s else’s pizza and wrong sWings. I sent to stor and the pizza was still wrong missing mushrooms. Now wi be the 4 toD I’m taking ot back. I’m very upset about this order. The last time I asked for a browning they refused. There is no phone right now if I could. I’m very upset. I can take back all the pizza
They deliver in a timely manner and have never messed up an order. My one critique is that every time I order wings they come out soggy. So I have to put them in the air fryer for a minute or two.
management and a girl co worker werer very rude .I spoke with his boss and he assured me that would happen again next time I went in same manager was more rudedvthan the last timeI called the GM he assured me that wouldn't happen agaig and guess what It did .
The app said car side delivery in 2 minutes or you get a free pizza. So I requested it. When I arrived, I followed the instructions. They never showed up with my order, but marked the order as complete so that they didn’t have to give me the free pizza. When I finally went into the store to complain, they just shrugged. So dishonest.
I have definitely recieved better pizzas from other Dominos... We ordered our pizza half pepperoni for my daughter and half with toppings for the adults. Only three slices had the extra toppings and for an extra large pizza this was a bit discouraging. Not a lot of care went into this pizza. I would rather wait longer for a quality item than have a subpar experiance because it was fast.
