Pizza sat on quality check for over half an hour. When we called the store they said they did that because they didn't make it yet because they didn't have many drivers. Then told us the driver was leaving with it right now. Ten minutes later it showed up completely cold and congealed. Don't understand how they made it and delivered it cold in 10 minutes. Please don't lie to your customer about something so dumb.
Ordered my pizza, said it was delivered and was not at the door. so we sat in call for 20 mins to try and get a hold of them for them finally answer and i try to express my concerns and the person in the phone had no human decency AT ALL, tried to tell him what happened and he cut me off mid sentence for them to tell me the phone number was wrong. Ok? you have my email too if the number was wrong. no information on the website saying there was an issue just said delivered. And if i have to wait the phone for that long you can at least let me finish my sentence.
Friday April 1st. Ordered pizza at 7:22 p.m. and order was dropped off at my front door at 11:10 p.m.. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called and there was no way to cancel order. I will be bringing back their old stale pizza tomorrow for a full refund.
Domino's app autofilled my old number but correct address. Accepted my pymt and I even added a 20% tip and planned to tip more . They've delivered to my home several times but this time canceled my order. After I called the manager claimed it's because my phone number was wrong ? So you've delivered to my home before , I already paid via credit card and you cancel because you can't reach me by phone.So that's the last we'll be ordering from here and Venezia's is better anyways so that's where we'll be.
Ive been ordering basically the same pizza from this place every week for over 2 years. Ive rarely been upset by my order. If I see the pizza tracker say Trenton is making the pizza, its usually a good one. Thanks. - cheese pizza guy.
Used to love ordering here all the time.We had problems with missing food a few times, or random accidental onions in our pizza, but we could always call and get it fixed.But today, we ordered and we're missing an 8 piece cheesy bread, and were trying to call, but put on hold for the past half hour, and just continuing.
Been in “quality check” for over an hour. Called 6 times, no one is answering. They took my money but have yet to deliver. I’ll be going to the restaurant in person to demand a refund.
Very poor timing, you essentially have one delivery driver, always same one, hire more people or just close up because it’s a waste of time seriously ordering through this store. Bad franchise owners.
I walked in and order a pizza, they said it would be ready in 20 -25 minutes. Well it took them more than a hour yo get ready and a an actitud a “kid” that works there grab the receipt with my name and haded the pizza to me in a very bad way just because I completed about the time. These people are very rude. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. We deserve better. We are paying for the pizza, they are eating because they have us the customers. We deserve a better customer service.
Our order was completely messed up. We got nothing we ordered. I am truly sorry that I cannot in good conscience give a better rating
