Very slow customer service. Employees are friendly, but definitely over tasked and understaffed. I cannot rate the food this time since I was picking up to delivery for (UBER, Grubhub, and/or Doordash), but every time I pickup an order from this location I have to wait several minutes, although as I stated, they are a bit understaffed.I have eaten from this location in the past and can say that I have never had a customer service issue as they've always polite and the food is very good in relation to price. I would recommend this restaurant.
I just arrived here this morning and attempted to order shrimp tacos(which are absolutely amazing) and was informed that they don’t sell them anymore. I then tried to order the chicken spicy Jack quesadilla and was also informed that they. Don’t sell Jack quesadillas anymore either. The best items on the menu are no longer available!?!? A sad day has occurred
So I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken taco meal 2 bean and cheese burritos and 2 supreme beef tacos. He informed me they didn't have supreme tacos so I told him to just give me the regular ones. I get my food and they're not there so I go back through the drive through and he tells me "don't worry I got you" I get to the window after like 15 minutes and they're charge me for the tacos that they forgot to ring up. It should definitely been compt. Considering all my other food got cold while having to wait another 20 minutes because of they're mistake. I told them that and they got all rude Horrible customer service.WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
Staff was kind, and food comparable to other locations, but double check your orders if going thru drive thru. I made the mistake of not double checking, only to get home and have to cook dinner for my husband. His meal was missing, and I don’t have the energy to drive back (nor do I want to with gas prices). Had stopped on my way home from work in an effort to avoid cooking. At least the kids are happy….
Excellent tacos and the new Purple Pear Popper drink is delish!
Everything was fresh, fries were hot and perfectly crispy. I love Del Taco...from high school in CA! Service was fast...thank goodness they have people to work.
My last visit on Sunday April 10, 2022 was not the best . It took way longer than it should to wait in line then order then receive the food. I'm a very patient person and this was testing my patient very much. I'm not sure what was causing the delays but it was pretty brutal and why I don't come to this location often.
The food is always good. However, Mgt needs to work on front end leaves a lot to desire!! No personality, no smiles it's like talkin to a robot! You can tell the front end help is only here for a pay check.......sorry just my opinion....the food quality is the only reason we are here
Staff was excellent service was great the only issue was that no changes could be made on the fiesta pack , I prefer only tacos and no burritos & MGMT would not make those changes, shame
Yesterday for the first time ever I went to this fast food place, previously when I wanted middle of the road fast Mexican food I went to Taco Bell but they have been going down hill for a long time, bad service wrong order if they actually remembered your order and the one in queen creek the staff are always walking around and through the food on the floor, Del Taco was clean the variety of food choices was great the order was correct and I was served in a reasonable time.I shall be going there from now on.
