I would recommend Crumbl Cookie to anyone wanting to try it out. One day I walked in there and they gave me a cookie I didn’t not order so they gave me the one I wanted no charge along with let me keep the one that was wrong. This is not out of the usual for business to do this but it was how respectful and efficiently they handled it that impressed me. I have not had a negative experience with Crumbl Cookie yet!!

Cookies are awesome like always but need improvement on awareness of when customers come in. I came in and stood behind a woman who was waiting for her online order and I also did an online order. Nobody knowledge me. I stood there for a couple minutes. They gave the woman in front of me her order and nobody still knowledge me but then two gentlemen at separate times come in behind me and the girls knowledged both of the men who also were picking up online orders gave them their cookies first and I stood there looking at them and they acted like I wasn’t even there. then after the gentleman got their cookies they finally knowledged me.
Great customer service. The staff always answers any questions about cookies I have. Even with a long line the time is reasonable and the cookies are worth it.
You spend 30$ on cookies and expect them to be delivered looking at least half way decent.
I walked in one day just because I was curious to see what kind of cookies they had, and now I'm hooked and have hooked at least another 15 people to Crumbl, ruining everybody's summer body plans. It's pretty cool that they have different cookies every week. Cereal week was awesome! And I utilized their shipping option to send to my on-site coworkers and they arrived individually wrapped which everyone appreciated.
The staff here are polite and quick to fill orders. And if you’ve never had the cookies, you’re only cheating yourself. The cookies are huge and enough to share.
