Every time we come here, the place is clean, the staff is friendly and quick, and my kids absolutely LOVE it! Today the gentleman behind the counter was amazing, he chatted with me and with my daughter, who earned ice cream for a good day at school! We love to come here as a reward or just because!
Omg. The owner was wearing shorts & flip flops. He left the store so as I was leaving, I told the really sweet girls to tell their boss that he should wear shoes, his flip flops are disgusting. They said that they & other customers tell him that.As I was walking towards my car, I got the opportunity to tell him that myself. He started arguing with me saying he's worn them his while life.I told him that it was gross & unsanitary & he started arguing with me again saying that he stays only in the kitchen which isn't true because I saw him behind the counter. It's just as unsanitary, maybe even more so, in there.I told him that he lost a good customer & a great tipper (I always give the kids $5)Don't go there, he's a bully & gross
So delicious! I love the Strawberry Blonde and then add a little bit of Brownie, it's so stinking good! Service is always excellent too!
I’ve cream is melted.
Ice cream was already melted as they gave it to us the picture was 3 minutes after we started eating it. I don’t know if a door was left open or what but was not pleased that I paid $25 for melted ice cream for 3 people. Had to throw them away because they just turned to puddles of cream. Will not be coming back!! GO TO BASKIN-ROBINS for ICE cream. Go there if you want puddles
We went close to 9:30 and the customer service we experienced was very bad...I will never go here again...

Staff was very rude. Immediately yelled at me for not wearing a mask when signs weren't visable and local mandate was over. I left without purchasing anything and won't be returning.
Don't force your customers *some of whom have medical reasons for wearing them* to wear a mask only to have your employees be seen by the same customers without masks on less than 15 minutes later. How about just let people choose whether or not they want to be sheep or not
