I rate two stars for my total of five visits to this location. They just can't see to it right. My take out orders are typically a half portion, if that, compared to the portions you receive when you order in. I've done take out two out of my visits, wrong or extremely light both times. It seems like they purposely go light because you're not there to monitor portion control. Messed up, my son didn't even get full because his was half the size. If I order out at this location again, I will be checking my order. If not satisfied, sorry Chipotle QC, you're doing it over!
I rarely write reviews unless I have a very good experience or a bad one. In this case it was a bad one. I can’t say you for certain it was because of the food I ate here but that night after I did, I was extremely sick. Even if my chipotle meal here wasn’t specially the cause, the restaurant was very slow, dirty and the bathroom unclean. All tell tale signs which I should have adhered to before eating here. I also should have read the recent reviews because if I had, I would have stayed away.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!The reason for this review today is the fact that I really wanted something delicious and that wouldn’t make me sick (Celiac) we decided to give this location ANOTHER try. We got a burrito a bowl and a kids meal taco kit. The burrito was a double meat portion but literally had half of a normal portion, The bowl had made 4 chunks of meat the rice was crunchy and the whole entire order was cold not even warm.I try to avoid this location at all cost! The food is not even close to what the other locations are. It’s never hot or fresh it’s warm at best. The rice is always under cooked and crunchy. I’m so over paying $50+ for literally gross cold food.
Based on recent reviews it is obvious this Chipotle has simply given up.Ordered through the Chipotle website- YES, THEIR WEBSITE!!!-They charge more on the website for delivery-Add service fees-I don't mind tipping a driver of course-Say food will be there at one time then at that time not there for another 25 minutes-Chat lady abruptly ended my chat after offering chips on a $40 order that was so late I missed my lunch and couldn't eat it-Portions have gotten so ridiculously small- I realize Chipotle brags about how small their footprint is but I never thought they meant the actual burrito.-Missing itemsHot mess.I know, first world problems, but this is the world I live in. I think my days of Chipotle may be over.
I love Chipotle because the food is absolutely delicious and always leaves me feeling satisfied. I give this location a three star rating because every single time I order delivery, it takes at least forty five minutes to get to my house, which is fifteen minutes away. Most of the time Doordash finds a driver immediately after I've placed an order so there is no reason it should take this long. Today I placed an order at 12 and it still has not arrived. I was contacted by the delivery driver who informed me that someone else had taken my order off the shelf, and that it will probably be another twenty minutes before I receive my order. There needs to be a better system in place for picking up the mobile orders. Receipts and order numbers should need to be verified.UPDATE 124 I received the wrong order. I'm done complaining so I will not be ordering online anytime soon.
I made an order through Postmates but I’m bothered because chipotle is the one who made the order. I paid $28 for an order and asked for extra portions. I wish that I could post a picture but it looked like someone ate 3/4ths of it.
Wrong order, rude staff. When asked to correct the order they audibly sighed. And then handed me a warm chocolate milk. When asked why it was warm "we don't do cold milk to go".What?
Not sure if it was the depression coming from the team, the filthy line, the attempt to clean the filth with napkins, the empty dirty pans of rice sitting on the line behind the in use rice, the foil blanket over the full grill of chicken when there’s not even 8 people in line and minimal to go orders up, the KM standing in the grill area watching all of this saying nothing while washing off dirty knives and cutting boards in the hand sink. We’re talking about a Tuesday afternoon here post lunch. As someone who is very well aware how a chipotle should run and look, this place is pretty terrible right now.
I am so glad to see that I am not the only one who thinks chipotle has pulled the old bait n switch. I was craving some chipotle this evening due to the new commercials they are airing. But I quit eating there several mths ago after a long string of consistantly poor service. I went in to speak with the manager after having my patience trespassed way too many times. The new commercial shows a burrito bowl the way they used to look. I won't be giving them another opportunity. I respect myself and how hard I work for my money way too much to subject myself any longer. Our romance once burned bright. Anyway,I just wanted to help validate anyone else's complaints. It isn't just in your head. They are skimping people so the numbers look good for yearly bonuses.
