Drive through taking forever. And what food service place doesn’t do online ordering these days? I don’t want to pay another $10 for doordash. How do I get my rewards? And so much easier to reorder your favorites instead of repeating yourself to the person in line. Drive through takes twice as long as it would if they had online ordering and pickup/curbside. Will go to to Power Rd Chick-fil-A for now on.
I’m not sure what is going on at this location but I’ve consistently had less than stellar experiences here . I normally use the mobile order option and I’ve placed a good 10 orders and every time the order is incorrect - misting items , wrong sides , wrong drinks . Today I went through the drive thru to avoid confusion and 1) the blonde man working the line was very rude ! Not CF standards at all ( about 340pm 5/6) 2) yet again my order was wrong ! It’s a sad day when the del taco across the way had happier employees than this place .
Always good and Jason, who took our order by coming out to the car was AWESOME! So very sweet and made sure he verified what we wanted. Just sweet, great attitude and efficient.
Chick-fil-A is always packed and the drive-thru is always so long. But their service, the employees, they are great. Always a great experience and pretty fast, the best thing though, they never screwed up any orders.
Consistently delicious food that's always fresh. They serve the best chicken sandwich and always get the order correct (I order mine without cheese).On this particular day, the weather was terrible with rain and wind. The team was unaffected by the weather and stood outside taking orders with smiles and friendliness. Such great work ethics! With so many places having tip jars at drive-thru windows and expectations for all customers to contribute despite unexceptional service, if Chick-fil-A had a tip jar, I would be gladly contributing to it!
Great service. Did a mobile order while there was at least 20 cars in the drive thru and I didn't have to wait long at all for the food. Really efficient location even while they are extremely busy.
It may not be fine dining exactly, but much like Rick Astley, Chik-fil-A is never gonna let you down. Consistently is the name of their game and it keeps me going back because so many of our restaurants in town are terrible one night and decent the next. I’d rather settle sometimes for what’s safe.
Finally able to dine in! Lots of staff, clean and friendly.
The food is delicious as always. I was just surprised to hear an employee cussing outside with all customers in the drive thru. I'm sure our car was not the only one with windows down.
Never work at this location! A lot of co-workers were plain rude and never made you feel welcomed there. Everyday was very uncomfortable for me and managers would just stand around and do nothing.
