1.) No friendliness whatsoever, everyone looks like they are in a zombie movie walking around with no emotion behind their eyes. It's actually scary how bad they are at their job.2.) FOOD.There are so many things I would like to say about the food which we by the way didn't even finish. It was so bad we couldn't have another bite. My husband's burger was cold, the chicken was absolutely hard to bite through and my chicken club was barley recognizable. I've had so many in my life as a huge fan of Carl's Jr but this one, I could not finish. They were both just gross tasting. I was expecting more, much much more.3) This location should be shut down. Thank you for a complete waste of money everything was absolutely awful.
Horrible experience! I still haven't heard back regarding my complaint. I have never had such bad fast food in my life. I won't be back.
In regards to Queen Creek Az Carl’s. Giving up on fast food in general. NOBODY has employees who care about quality and Carl’s Jr. is no exception. Ordered delivery. Somehow instead of my angus thickburger which is supposed to be 2 meat, cheese, bacon, and mayonnaise, I got some abomination with toppings I can’t stomach. Had 1 meat instead of two, no bacon, had cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mayonnaise, as well as pickles and mustard which are disgusting. This isn’t the first complete screw up, but it is the straw that broke the camels back, waiting just to have the wrong food delivered. Got a refund from DoorDash and Carl’s Jr. is on my list of places to avoid now.
This was my first time at this location. The staff was very cool. The food was very very fresh! Soo good! The drive thru was busy. I dined in, everyone seemed to get their food quickly!
The drive through service is horrible - they never get my order correct. How do you get Jalapeno Combo from Western Bacon Cheeseburger, Shelby? Which I repeated twice. smh
Nope. Won’t go again. We ordered 2 western bacon burgers and onion rings. Drive-thru told us to go park and wait for our order. We did not get our order. We got someone else and spent over $20 the hubby tried to call them about it and they hung up the phone on him twice! Don’t make me park if you can’t give me the correct order

If you generally don't like these guys burgers (like me) then give the chicken strips a try because they are surprisingly good and the only thing I get

The $6 boxes are always worth it. It's enough food for my daughter and I to share. Always clean and friendly staff.
