Always get my order wrong. I either don’t get the right order or I am missing something. They never really seem to care much. I have to walk back in and get it corrected every time. This time my wife got it and came home, none of the cheese was even melted on the burgers. Onion rings where cold. Didn’t get my nuggets. Never fails. Hopefully the new one by fry’s will actually know how to fill an order.
They almost always mess up your order, but it's not a big deal if they fix it when you bring it to their attention. Last time I was there, they forgot something and I asked the guy for it and he snapped at me in the most condescending way. I have never been talked to so rudely in my life, and for a mistake on his part too.
Burgers sucked, real bad. Flame broiled rubber pucks is what we received. When even the kids won't eat it, there's a problem. However, everyone enjoyed the fries. $35 for 3 medium fries, not a good Friday treat this week.
I am a scare actor I am constanly covered in monster makeup and FAKE blood. I came home a few nights ago and my coworker and i stopped by this burger king for food bc we were starving and a female worker who was clocked off came up to us at the window and said " my friend n i wanna k ow ehats wrong with your face." (Refering to the fake blood on our faces) I explained and she said oh thats gross. And yelled to her friend what it was. My problem with this is what if I had a skin Disease and I couldnt help it to be red flakey. she had no manners.
Order wring every time. Not tasty and what in Earth did you do to your fries? Just bad bad bad; BK should be ashamed. I usually skip this place but was near and tiok a chance.i really knew better
Doesnt make sense to me why coffees taste depends on who makes it, with a big company... . There should be a consistent process . Common sense for a business. Train your employees too , especially on customer service ,hygiene practices and just common sense work ethic . Work hard and SMART. Arent managers suppose to analyze this in their employees . One visit and its obvious they dont have it together. Idk.Love the hasbrowns btw.
I was the fourth car in the drive through and it literally took me 35 minutes to get my food. When I finally got it nothing I asked for on my Whopper was there and half of one of the patties was missing. It completely grossed me out and I couldn't eat it!
My intent isn't to get anyone in trouble, but I know that you're open until 12 AM yet the gentleman inside with his headset on saw me and refused to greet me at 11:41 pm. The 2 employees I saw smoking out back said they now close at 11:30 but they weren't sure because they're both new. I doubt that is really the case, but if it is that should be posted on your website.
Drive through was decent pace.Order was correct and hot.Staff was friendly.
Probably one of the best fast food restaurants in San Tan Valley. We tend to grab a quick breakfast from here once a week to every other week over the last few months and maybe had cold hash browns one time.
