UPDATE MARCH 24. Still knocking it out of the park. Needed a light bite so I ordered a regular burger ($1.19) and a large fry. The order was correct, the drive up window employee friendly, and their burger patty seems quite a bit larger than the competition.This BK is located at the far end of the Home Depot parking lot at Power and Germann Roads. Was picking up items at Home Depot at lunchtime and ordered a Whopper at the drive through. The staff was friendly and courteous. My custom-ordered burger was ready in no time and was perfect. The person who built this one got it right. I'm pleased to see that BK is using eco-friendly, low-mass old fashioned paper wrappers instead of cardboard packaging which eats up more resources and energy and adds unneeded bulk to our landfills. My paper bag had napkins - something that many order fillers forget to include, but not here. Overall, a good bite and a good experience.
I don’t know what’s up with the night crew but each time I stop by they screw up my order. EVERY. TIME. Whether it’s missing food or not the right toppings. It’s not that hard to make the same exact thing multiple times especially when it’s not busy.
I come in every Tuesday and Wednesday before work to get food, and they know my order right away. Super kind staff and they answer any and every question I have. I’ve had trouble using the app when I first got it but they showed me how to pull up the stores and coupons. 100% recommend the app if you eat here a lotI usually get chicken frys or the value menu cheeseburger, but they have a a new spicy whopper melt which I’ve been getting the last few times (actually really good). I’ve never had an issue with missing items here and my food is always made spot on
Have had terrible experience on more than one occasion. Stale food, no napkins or untensils, had to have order remade TWICE, unfriendly staff, etc etc. Don't waste your money.
Short staffed but still doing their best to serve folks with a smile. My food was good. Thank you for your efforts!
Not only did I wait in the drive through for 28 minutes, but once u finally got up there the employee was so rude. They are ALWAYS SO RUDE at this location. Just because it's just a fast food restaurant does not mean you should have zero manners. A simple "sorry for the long wait" would have been nice. Or maybe a "would you like ketchup with that". How about putting napkins in the bag every once in a while. Especially when you finally had my food out with black greasy stuff all over it that got all over my hands. Not once has any employee at this location ever simply said "thank you" after they hand me my food. I always say thank you before I leave. And they said nothing. Not "you're welcome, have a nice night".Burger King. You obviously have not trained your employees to be fast and effective. But can you at least ask them to be polite to your customers. BTW I do not like masks. But if you are requiring your employees to wear them, I hope you know the old lady working the window and making my drink, and looking through my bag of food, looked like she has not taken a shower in a week, was wearing her mask under her chin the whole time. Gross

So we did not expect the attitude nor to be asked to move from the drive through window, to the front of the store & WAIT for her to bring our food out. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH EXCEPT US! ?☆▪︎STAFFThe older lady at the drive through, with short salt&pepoer hair, did not look happy or courteous.She was curt & seemed agitated when asked a question about a new menu item we wanted to try, the Cha-king.☆▪︎CLEANLINESSIt was night time, so we couldn't tell.☆▪︎FOOD / TEMPThe meals we ordered were the new Cha-Kings. None of us could eat them. The breading was so burnt it was hard & the inside was dry. DISGUSTING!☆▪︎CORRECTNESS OF ORDERTo make matters worse, we weren't given any napkins or Ketchup☆▪︎AMBIANCE. N/A☆▪︎VALUEWE WANT A REFUND!THERE WAS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE & NO JUSTIFIABLE CIRCUMSTANCES OR EXCUSES!
Great burger king! Super friendly workers that got my food out super fresh and fast I will be back to this burger king very often, burger king is good but this location is amazing! I have NEVER had a better whopper, finally some good management.
Stopped in around noon today. It was dead and I know why. This young girl (obviously still training) at the register was incredibly rude. In 52 years I have never met a snottier fast food worker. The manager had to come find a button on the screen and the employee was rude TO HER!!!! This manager smiled and left. FIRE THIS LITTLE BRAT! We will never spend another dime on this place.
New management. About time! I had super service and everything I order was fresh and exactly like I ordered. Glad I decided to give them another try ?
