Misty was an absolute gem, and is the sole reason I have faith in the service industry again. Food service has been absolute GARBAGE in recent years (thanks to “participation trophy” culture praising laziness). Misty went above and beyond to make me and my girlfriend’s experience the best it possibly could be. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and welcoming attitude need to be the baseline for service workers again. We will definitely be back because of her kind hearted disposition and exemplary effort.
No wait, which is unusual. Food was okay and service was good. Drinks are small, and expensive, but taste good.
This Buffalo Wild Wings is the best one around. We specifically go out of our way to go to this location! On multiple different occasions we had our server go above and beyond to make our experience we love you guys!! Thank you for making our big late night group hangouts a party!We had a sweet curly haired waiter fix our order without being prompted! She could tell we didn't like what we got and she brought us something new for free, she's super sweet! (2/14/22)
Very disappointing when you order the Buffalo dry rub and 90% of the wings don't have any on it. You would think that whoever is making it in the back would ensure quality control.
Ordered online carryout yesterday from this location. Got a 15 piece traditional for me and a 10 piece boneless for my wife. Ordered 4 Bleu cheese, 1 ranch and carrots/celery as the sides. Did not get any of them and didn't realize until i got home. I guess I should have checked before leaving, but then, I shouldn't have to check. I feel like including dipping cups with wings should be second nature.
This is the first time I've ever reviewed a business, like ever. They have the WORST customer service and attention to simple details at the take out counter that I have ever seen....Like honestly, how hard is it to put extra sauce on the one flavor that I asked for it on. How hard is it to split a order when I tell you exactly how many of everything I wanted?I guess Burger King is the only place you can have it your way, because here I'm at the mercy of whatever they decide to give me. Spent $45 on dinner and I didn't even receive what I ordered.Pathetic
Pickup order. Wings were small, dry and overcooked. I occasionally treat myself with wings from BWW, but no more. I'll try elsewhere.
Blown away by the quality of the food we received. Like so blown away, I had to get on here and share, which is unlike me. All 4 veggie packs looked just like this and were leaking a foul smelling liquid. I’m not sure how anyone would trust eating chicken there, when it’s obvious that fresh ingredients aren’t their priority
Didn’t expect much but got even less… picked up wings, wings only. They may have gave me wings they were going to throw out the day before! Absolutely horrible, dry, more sauce on the top of the box than the wings. My daughter eats at other franchises and she couldn’t finish two wings of what she normally orders. This is my first review ever, it took me a minute to figure this out but it’s worth the time spent, that’s how bad this place is! I wouldn’t give them a chance to make up for this garbage because there is no way they can if this is their standard.
