I just got a dozen donuts here at around 6:30 PM, and they’re super soft! I’m very pleased. The woman at the counter was friendly, too.

She didn’t welcome us in. Never cracked a smile. Didn’t ask us if we wanted a receipt. Didn’t thank us for coming in. One STAR is too much.All the tables covered with boxes so weCouldn’t sit down and enjoy a donut and drink- which was the whole reason for going .(Little Man wanted a donut) .SMHNo more Bosa for us.

This was our first experience with Bosa Donuts. Probably the last. The donuts are very good but you can get donuts a Fry’s for half the price. There is no seating inside or out. The lobby is dirty and cluttered with boxes, inventory and cases of soft drinks in fact piled in the booths. Lastly, I like bagel and cream cheese. Their idea of a bagel is a white bun baked! Not a bagel to anyone I know!
I stopped here to grab a smoothie and ended up leaving with a donut and a boba milk tea instead! The boba was a very nice texture and flavor, tea was good. I got a chocolate covered custard filled donut and it was delicious! They had a huge variety of tasty-looking donuts to choose from, and their smoothies looked great too. Prices are reasonable - I spent $6 on the tea & donut, and I’ve spent that much or more just on boba milk tea at other places. Staff were super friendly too. Highly recommend!
Donuts always good. But had no Maple glazed donuts thank god they had Maple Bars tho.... Good job BoSas
update- the last time I went, was not as amazing as first experience. When you are sick STAY HOME! The woman literally hacking all over the place and walked away behind the wall lifted her mask and I think spit up in the garbage. I was in shock that she did sound horrible and I hope she feels better, but for sanitary reasons (covid or not) stay home when you are that sick and handling food. I hate that all the Bosa are dirty places! I wish we had one that was clean locally.Finally a good Bosa! The others in Gilbert are so dirty and gross!
The absolute best donuts in all of Arizona.I stopped in at this location to grab a Thai Iced Tea Boba on my way home and was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and sweet. Always a great experience at every Bosa I go to.
