price gouging raise prices twenty percent every week on their quarts of ice cream. now they are literally charging fifty percent more than what they go for at target. really? won't be back. and asked clerk why the constant big jumps in price she said Queen Creek raised sales tax. by two bucks a quart? lol. won't be back. your greed cost you a long time regular customer
Owner and employees are incredibly rude. We got there before close and they rolled their eyes at us. They refused service to the people that came in right after us because they were closed. We told the owner that the way they dismissed them was rude and he told us we were lucky they were even serving us. We put our ice cream down and walked out. We will not be going there again.

I have a severe wheat allergy. I went in this afternoon with my daughter. I notified the young lady who took my order of my allergy. The manager training her came over and instructed her as to what to do. The protocol they followed to make sure cross contamination would not be an issue was the best I've ever experienced. Super impressive!
I haven’t had Baskins in a while. The crew was amazing helped our group of 6 with a smile. Didn’t realize how important ice cream was for some people. Lol. Great spot to cool off.
It was very busy but the 2 employees handled it well.
Love stopping by here is always a fun trip with my l.o and we love sitting out front and enjoying the nice weather. Never have had any issues and customer service is great .

I am not a mask wearer however had one with me was asked to put it on while attempting it fell to the ground. I advised the blonde young lady that I did not want to put it on as it was just on the ground. She insisted I put it on. So I left. My issue is not with putting on a mask upon request rather the lack of a courteous tone. I addition, to it being my 4th visit to this location previous 3 times never was asked to put a mask on. i am assuming they asked because there was
