What a great experience. Always friendly staff. Where can you go and make just about everyone happy for breakfast! Total vegan menu! If your allergic to eggs they have just egg and can do some great dishes with it. Flat cakes are the bomb. Baked goods are wonderful. Go and get your grub on! Worth the wait just go and have a good time.
Best breakfast in town, in my opinion. Had the Green Chili sausage gravy on home made biscuits. Delicious. The breakfast potatoes are really, really good as well. Will be going back for sure.

Amazing food and super nice staff! This is my favorite place to meet my girlfriends for breakfast or lunch. Everyone is very kind and makes you feel at home. You can visit with friends without feeling rushed. The food is fresh and delicious. I love the Southwest Sunrise with a side salad and garlic aioli dressing. The baked goods are yummy as well, love the lemon loaf. There is parking across the street (in front of the white garages) if the parking lot is full. I was just there and I am meeting friends again next week!
Update: Because I had some time between appointments, I decided to go somewhere for a cup of coffee and a bite….and this place has great coffee. And the food is delish too. ? Win-Win! Service with a smile. Interesting mix of patrons. Positive vibes. Fun decor.

Had brunch here for the first time. Bright interior, fantastic friendly service, and the food was outstanding. Excellent Benedict and green chili tamales, fresh OJ, tasty coffee. We will be back!
The staff was very polite and our server was cheerful and helpful. We quickly received our drinks but had to wait over 30 mins for yogurt and an order of eggs/potatoes/bacon. The chai was bland. My Greek yogurt was served with dried up yogurt on the sides of the bowl. The pineapple was bitter, but the granola was delicious and gluten free. I understand higher prices for organic, quality ingredients, but the flavors and plating presentation of my meal and tea made it questionable if worth it. I was thrilled to see the gluten-free pastries and the lemon cookie was yummy! I’d go back just for that again.
First time at The Local restaurant, pleasantly surprised and satisfied. The location is in a older strip mall that I would not normally stop at,but we did and so glad we did. Much bigger inside and clean. The servers there were all great and top notch servers ,all of them stopped by our table to check on us. Very good staff, throughout .The food was great, and great menu. Everything we had and others around us looked fresh and well presented, we will make this our spot to go for a perfect breakfast or lunch. Give this place a try I bet you will be happy you did as well !!
