Hunter and Avalon were amazing behind the bar. They suggested some things that we ordered for breakfast and we couldn't be happier with our choice of restaurant. The food was nothing short of incredible, the Irish coffee cold brew was awesome, Avalon created a brand new drink with raspberry habanero honey and we were invited to sample it, also amazing. Great place, good people, amazing food, very clean, very friendly. I would choose this place 10 times out of 10 times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
My friend and I decided to treat ourselves for a nice Mother’s Day lunch today. I was craving some chilaquiles so I decided to order them on the menu. I’ve been here so many times and I have never been disappointed. I’ve bought so many gift cards for people here. I ordered this dish and it was horrible. It tasted like store bought salsa verde and the cheapest tortilla chips you could buy at the store. I literally had to look for the salsa verde on the chips ?. It was not worth the 13.00 dollars the charge for this horrible meal. I will just wait to order them in California next time. Please don’t order the Chilaquiles here . Save your money. Everything I’ve had here before has been yummy. But definitely not this dish.
fresh food, full bar and a nice selection of beer
Place is nice and clean. Great view of the courthouse. Food is pretty good. If it wasn’t for the wait of over 30 minutes after placing my order this would have easily gotten 5 stars from me. And I ordered a simple Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Should have been 10 minutes wait, tops!
Tried this place out for the first time on a girls night and it was truly such a great experience! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and relaxed, with a nice view of The Square. We had both a sandwich and the pretzel and artichoke dip. The Greenwich Sandwich was SO fresh and the spread on it complimented the ingredients perfectly. But the star of the show, the main character, the pièce de résistance, was the artichoke dip. Never in my artichoke loving life have I had anything that flavorful, creamy, and satisfying. Paired with the pretzel, which was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft in, I couldn't imagine a better last meal.County Seat also offers a robust cocktail and wine menu, and I HIGHLY recommend the cocktails. Fresh ingredients, delightful flavors, and excellent presentation all around.
Sandwich was good...only salad as a side choice though - no fries. Service was okay, asked if coffee was hot and fresh and the reply was no but did not offer to make fresh. Ordered Latte instead and it turned out luke warm. Very limited menu and I would say not very helpful or friendly service. A shame that such a lovely atmosphere is not accompanied by lovely service and food.
Stunning attention to detail. Great views. Fresh flowers on the tables. We definitely stop back to try the food. Only had a cocktail.
I have been to the County Seat 4 times now and the experience was different each time. The first time was for breakfast, food was good but my Arnold Palmer was just OK and I had to keep asking for it. Now I just grab a bottled drink to avoid the frustration.Second time was with 6 friends. One came right away but the rest of us waited for up to 40 minutes before we all got ours. They issue numbers but there was a lot of confusion as to where some of the meals went, usually not even at our table. The 3rd was at 11with my cousin. We beat the lunch crowd and I must say that went well. No complaints on that one.Today 3 of us went for lunch. We knew it would be crowded and it was. Food came quickly and I enjoyed what I had. The one complaint is our waiter a young man seemed like he would rather be somewhere else. Not personable and we watched as he walked around with 2 mixed drinks asking everyone if they ordered them. Like I said he would probably rather be somewhere else.Lastly trying to find a menu is like finding Hensteetjh. I was told, the time before. They were making up new menus, so far we could only find one and it had not been changed. Food is good service sucks. I hope it improves soon.
Great food, drinks and service!
Cute little coffee shop right in the main square in Prescott. Drinks were super affordable and delicious. Great light and plenty of space to sit and work, chat or even just people watch.
