Very yummy food. The smell of the fluffy fresh-baked rolls permeates the parking lot & was maddeningly mouth-watering. The staff was all pleasant and even perky. Our waitress was less attentive than we'd have liked, but they were uncommonly busy for a Monday night. I had the beef tips and gravy and they were so good! Fresh-mashed potatoes, well-seasoned gravy, tender & flavorful beef. The fresh steamed and buttered veggies we delicious. The entree portions were generous.The wine/draft lists are not super extensive, but they had some solid options.One caution: It was VERY loud. It's apparently a popular place to celebrate birthdays, so, a fun place, but had trouble hearing each other sometimes.All-told, a good experience. We'll return.
We had a terrible experience here. I ordered a well done steak and a medium well. They came rare! When I called back the manager stated he was going to give me a discount code and I said no you are not. I am in a hotel and can not just go oh okay I spend $80 on terrible food and go cook something in the kitchen. So he required we take back the steaks and he would fire new steaks. After one hour we were back in the room and guess what.....they were still wrong! If you love rare steak this may be the place for you...I will never go back to this one. Do better Prescott Texas Roadhouse. I would give this negative 3 if I could. So disappointing.
Super great Tex House!!!Food is absolutely awesome and I had a wonderful time with my family. Not much you can really complain about especially being given such splendid service by the sweet waiters and waitresses!Definitely a great steakhouse restaurant with a little extra on the menu too ❤️
Very impressed with the excellent customer service we received from Roxi and our server Frankie. Food was excellent as well! Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Also , the manager Robert visited with us to confirm that everything was to our liking. Will definitely return soon!
For a chain restaurant, they do a great job here. It is a nice place to grab dinner. We did notice this week that they have had some price increases due to the economy. However, they are still reasonably priced.

Food was good. Service was good as well. Last 2 times I have visited though had some minor issues. My friend asked for no mushrooms with her food as she's allergic and food came with mushrooms. Second time my sons girlfriend ordered a chicken Caesar salad and had to wait almost 10 mins after the rest of us had received our food.
Great 6 oz filet, perfectly cooked with 2 sides. Our server, Patrick, was amazing. Attentive and always cheerful even though he had several areas of service.Great value compared with other places we have recently dined at. Will be putting this in our rotation of dining out.
Very good food, waitress was very nice and attentive. The only reason I am giving a three star review is because our margaritas came out with a lot of ice and not much drink. Overall, very great place to eat!
