Over the years my family and I have always found Taco Bell to have excellent food and service! We eat there about three or four times a week! Over the 40years or so we have always been pleased at Taco Bell!

Well let’s just say that when I pulled in I saw 5 Taco Bell members smoking outside of the store in their cars and when we got to the window there was no one for a good 5 mins. at the window. Food looked really messy and really not happy with my experience here.
Went in for my craving of Taco Bell food. It was appetizing. The restaurant was clean. Service also was great.

I order from this location at least once a week and the crew is fantastic. Tonight, however, I received a taco with hardly anything in it. I understand being busy, but please don't sacrifice quality for speed. Loyal customers will understand the delay and those who wish to be rude and impatient can eat elsewhere. I will continue to eat at your establishment but hope the management takes my advice to heart.
About an hour ago, I went to the drive-thru at this location and ordered 3 soft-shell tacos. When I got them home, they were cold, wet, and completely inedible. I don't expect gourmet dining at Taco Bell, but I at least would like to be able to eat the food. I won't go back.
You all know that we love this place until the bathroom trip later however we all still continually go here. Thanks taco bell for warming our hearts and our toilet bowls.
Nope, nope, and nope. I swear every time I come here, my order is either LITERALLY following a part. Or I am missing half of it. I have five kids, so missing their food is a huge deal. Also, when I contest the order, staff just argues.
