Very clean. Drive thru can be a little slow every great once in a while but that is because they want to get everyone's orders correct.
I've been going to this taco bell since I was a little kid, when it was the turquoise and purple taco bell. It's always been the best place for a quick meal imo and today solidified it. The older gentleman making me 2 burritos and 2 cheese rolls up made a mistake and caught it before it got sent out and made sure to personally apologize for the wait. This review is more of a thank you for that personal interaction and care for a customer. I never see it these days and it was refreshing to see. And I must say through the last 3 years of hell in this world taco bell is still the only place I can fill myself and girlfriend for under $10. ??
Wasn't that busy. But it was clean and the employees are nice and asked how everything was and if I needed anything(even though I didn't order anything). I told him it was waiting for a lyft then he said "yeah don't want to wait out there where it's hot ?". He continued doing his job, I later ended up buying some taco bell because I was waiting.The kid at the register was nice. He also gave me a free soda when I asked how much it was. It came in 3 mins and I order 5 different burrito. Then I left with a smile and a bag of food in one hand and a large Dr.pepper with light ice.(Results may vary depending on your attitude and demeanor)
Literally always mess my order up. Forgetting whole items. The employees were playing around instead of working. Literally every single time I've ordered food from here it's messed up. How this is even possible is beyond me. Super outrageous
I come here because they’re supposedly “cheaper” but every time I come, they forget whole burritos so I don’t even get what I pay for. For the amount of times they’ve messed up my order or didn’t add whole food items makes me wondering if it really is just “convenient”
Excellent Customer Service!Went through the drive thru and when arriving to our destination & noticing a mishap with our order, we called. Rob, the manager, was already prepared & waiting to make it right for us (having noticed the mishap after we left) & went above & beyond to make sure we were happy customers! The service from the employee at our return, was also great. We will be back. Thanks again!
The girl running the drive thru kept trying to tell me they were out of things like steak...... chicken..... and literally the entire drink menu (yes I went through every one listed on the board and she said they were out). Food was lukewarm and apparently par for course with how this location is run. Wasn't the first time it was like this but it'll definitely be the last.
Just went in and ordered at the kiosk, a box of tacos and beefy five layers. I asked for no beans on the beefy five layers, extra cheese on some of them and steak on one of them and they all had beans and the one with steak only had two pieces of steak and the rest was beans. None of them had extra cheese so I just wasted money. They weren’t even busy, they were just lazy.
Been a Taco Bell diner since 1965. What happened to to the beef in the tacos? It's dwindled to the point where it's hardly noteworthy. WHERE'S THE BEEF???? And the higher and higher cost of dining at the BELL is ridiculous. And your most unhappy new color scheme? Gray is NOT a happy color.
Yummy food but no unsweetened ice tea. I was told you aren't sending it out to the stores anymore. NOT OKAY TACO BELL!!! Some of us don't drink soda or lemonade, only tea and water. NOT OKAY!!!
