What can I say, I like Subway sandwiches. They have a new menu now, 12 new items. I have one small complaint, please put more lettuce on the sandwich!!
Food was good, manager/owner was a bit high strung with his employees constantly instructing them and saying remember this or remember that and yet he couldn't remember what I told him I wanted for the sandwich, had to ask components 3 times (type of sandwich, type of cheese). To boot he welcomed my husband and I three times as "girls"..& others around us could see that hubby was not a girl. If you can't keep teen employees here, take a look at your management style.
I ordered 5 footlongs the employees were quick and polite
We often get Subway sandwiches when we want quick, fresh food on a night when it is too late to cook. We really like that we get to tell them what we want and how we want it. I like to get more than one cheese and to have it melted, not bubbly. I also like their lemonade.
Such a dinky sandwich for $9... the sandwich maker handled money and them my sandwich without gloves.?
Staff was very nice, one was being trained which is why I think my sandwich got no lettuce. I got double meat but that just brought it to the level of a normal sandwich in my opinion. Have gotten extra meat before and it felt much more robust, but they are all independently owned so it can vary I guess. The veggie sub was done just as asked and we were quite happy with it.
I just love it when they scrape the pathetic little bit of lettuce out of the bottom corners for me. Goes perfectly with the stale rock hard bread. For a 9 something dollar sub I would expect better quality and the choice of more than two kinds of bread around lunch time.
The manager at this location likes to rush customers. I’ve noticed he’s pretty hard on his employees as well. Made me feel rushed through my entire experience.
I got there before close (9:00 PM) at 8:55 and they already had the doors locked and refused to serve me. 2/6/2022
Our family has always loved Subway! And there’s many competitors out there that they have to keep up with as a company. BUT, Subway will always be that one place we just don’t ever stop loving! And this particular location in Prescott, AZ is absolutely AWESOME! My husband and I have 4 kiddos, plus my mother-in-law under our roof. So when we eat out/order in, it’s not only quite a large order… but our kiddos are quite picky! Unfortunately, they got that from me ??♀️ lol!This location is so great with our orders. With our picky kiddos and the large orders. We typically have it picked up by a food delivery service, and even with is not being there to pick up our order and pick out what we want, they ALWAYS ENSURE WE HAVE EVERYTHING! If for some reason they don’t have something we request, they’ll let us know and they replace it something like cookies, or a item(s) similar to what was requested (and they’re typically very generous with how many replacement items they give us) ?AND something that tops it ALL about THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. Is how great they are with us! They are SOOO GOOD TO OUR FAMILY! They’ve NEVER FAILED to go ABOVE & BEYOND! A HUUUUGE THANK YOU TO OUR FAVORITE SUBWAY FAMILY! We love you guys and are grateful for how good you are to us!Customer service is such an important part of an experience with any company. Food or not. And having the kindness and generosity makes it ALL!If you live around the area or if you’re visiting, I’d highly recommend this Subway! You’ll enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and service you receive.
