I don't know how they messed up their own recipes but both drinks were terrible. Then to add insult, the staff was super rude. Will never go back.
I go there alot,haha,most everything is good,but I wish it was cleaner and wiped down,I ee the same paper under bench for a week now and outside patio is dirty and hasn't been thoroughly cleaned it God knows how long,and trash cans always full and sticky lids, but the drinks are good,imo
Great atmosphere and a large area to sit and drink coffee.
I avoid this location. Ordered a drink from them before, they forgot to add any sugar/flavor. It was just water and javachips. I told them as much. I got a drink back that was so sweet it was undrinkable. I made a deep sigh and simply dumped it into the trash receptacle and walked out of the lobby. The extra sugar was just them telling me what they thought of me. I went back one other time and the drink wasn't made correctly so I'm tired of being hassled.
I will not do business with a company that offers abortion bonuses. Individual choice is one thing. Sponsoring abortions is another
Usually have great experiences but my "grilled" cheese had a slab of cold cheese not even melted. I was too far away to return and fix. Threw out the sandwich and lost that money. I will say one employee went over and above to help getting me coffee grounds since none were outside.
Make good coffee that taste right. Worker turn over is very high. A little distracted and slightly unfriendly

Great service. But the wifi never works well if you're trying to work. Lots of DNS issues. Head over to the nearby Third Shot coffee. Their wifi is good, easy to connect, only issue is the number of available power outlets; plenty of tables. Local Prescott library also has good wifi.
The worst drive thru experience ever. Ordered a grande Americano. Received a tall. Instead of remaking the order, they wanted to simply add another shot. I asked for a larger cup to have more water but they didn’t give me a larger lid. Ended up spilling the extremely hot coffee all over my pants. Thanks guys. Please fix your operations.
