I practically had to shout at the ordering menu in the drive thru because they couldn't hear me and the screen was broken so I couldn't see my order. The order itself was good and accurate though ?
We've been going to sonic for the last 15 years here. They have their good days and their bad days. I'm glad they have finally opened back up fully. Today I figured I'd go and grab the family a late breakfast. Only to get home and find that our breakfast burritos are 1/4th the size that they normally are.. the photo is of their "ultimate meat and cheese" and it was finished in 4 bites
Went to the Prescott Valley Sonic on 6/8 @ approx 3pm. Car blocking driveway so that no one could enter. Frustrating. I usually wait 15-25 min just to get my order on any given day. Tried calling business as I did see a few employees there and no one answered the phone. Highly doubtful I'll visit this establishment again. I'll drive the extra miles to go to Prescott Sonic. At least there it'll be open and I'll get great service
So I found the one place in town where you can order a cheeseburger with bacon and you get a chicken sandwich with lettuce. The receipt was correct, order was all wrong. Thanks for nothing. Now I know why people in Prescott say "stay away from sonic"
Gentleman who took my order was nice and very patient and explained the difference between 3 different meals. The car hop was great as well and I tipped her accordingly. Definitely going back as I am in this neighborhood twice or three times a week
Food was fresh and came out quickly. I had a cream slush and it was so delicious! Lunara was great as always.
I hate giving negative reviews. I know they were short-staffed; all they had just answered at the kiosk or the drive-through that it was going to be a while. Fifteen minutes after pushing the button, I didn't get any response, so we went through the drive-thru. As soon as we got up to the speaker, I spent another 15 minutes without any response. Ended up driving away in my kids were very frustrated.
Sonic was great. We went at noon, so it was a little busy. But it wasn't bad at all. Always finish up with a Sonic blast and that makes my lunch complete. Great people working there, awesome attitude and very friendly. The kids love it as well. They have hot dogs as well as chicken fingers, and what kid doesn't like ice cream??
The food good. The worker are really nice epically the young lady with the long blond hair who bought out our sundae on this last Saturday. She always poilet. She should get a gift card to somewhere.
Fast and friendly service. They always do their best despite being very short staffed. Food is hot and tasty!
