Their wraps are very very good they needed a crunch to them though it needed even some peace pods or cucumber pickle something was missing.... They Use boreheads meat .yummy. I had the soup the Italian crament was delicious but there was nothing in it I found 2 pieces of potato I'm not sure I thought the girl said there was supposed to be sausage in there? Again something was missing maybe some green zucchini? The flavor was really good though I will try them again they do have hot dogs olso.My beef wrap had cheddar green chili's and red raspberry ..Super tasty.
Worst random spot picked ever to grab some food. We ordered 2 hot dogs and 2 cannolis which easily took 25 minutes + to “make”. The hot dogs were microwaved and mediocre at best. But the cannolis…..my god. They were god awful. I’ve never been served a cannoli where the filling is a runny liquid. How did you even manage to pull that off? Deserves a 0 out of 5

Thumbs down ? I didn't receive what I ordered and they were rather snooty when I asked for what I ordered. And then they wanted to charge me for their mistake plus for the sandwich I ordered and finally received. By that time I wasn't hungry. I had them put it in a to go container to take home. There was a homeless man on the corner, I gave it to him. He would enjoy it much more than I would. Do thumbs down on Shannon's Cheesecake ? poor service all around.
We stopped in for a treat on a hot day. The owner greeted us enthusiastically and got us seated right away. He was eager to serve us, and the lemonade and cheesecake were delightful! We got one Oreo and one key lime raspberry cheesecake and we couldn't decide which one was better! Definitely a must try if you're in Prescott.
Amazing Cheesecake options. Great soup, wraps and wonderful chili dogs. There are always several varieties of cheesecake that you can always order to go. If you want cheesecake for the holiday order early. They are fantastic.
I am all for supporting and put in effort to give our local Prescott restaurants business. We have been customers for years and have had great experiences in the past - that is not the case anymore. I will always make a to-go order and the last 5 orders of mine they mixed up our orders and use the wrong tortilla, not grilled, wrong ingredients, etc.This has been an ongoing problem every visit now. They are always willing to remake it but I have to face the inconvenience of driving back and waiting for them to remake it (I pick it up “to-go” for a reason)… As much as I liked Shannon’s it’s not worth the inconvenience and poor service provided.
We won a cheesecake at Shannon's and it was literally the best cheesecake!!! Everytime we go Prescott we make sure to stop by here!!! Thank you for the great food!!!
Stumbled upon this delightful establishment because parking was open in front of it. Service was impeccable which is hard to find these days. Food was divine - highly recommend the creamy Italian soup! My kids enjoyed their meals and loved the house made lemonade. Prices were great for downtown. We will definitely return next time we visit Prescott.
We had researched restaurants and knew we wanted to try their cheesecake. So, we opted to split the Italian Creme cheesecake. It was quite thick but tasty. If we were to come back, we'd try their other food.
