I try and stop by this robeks every time I'm in Prescott. It's very clean the staff is very friendly and efficient. Don't forget you can order by phone as well on your way there. There is one negative to going to this location, typically on weekdays. That Jack in the Box across the parking lot gets so busy in their drive-thru and you sometimes cannot get out of your parking spot for a while.
I ordered my juice online and was pleasantly surprised to see the juice was stored in the cooler!! I got the Mango Turmeric Madness with pea protein. It tastes super fresh and delicious. The consistency is excellent, and the protein powder blends well with the ingredients. I would definitely order again!
I liked the smoothie that I had the first time however, the second time I went in the guy working had terrible service so I just left without getting anything. Waited until after he served someone else after a few minutes and when I ordered an acai bowl he sighed rolled his eyes and said it would take him 15 minutes to make. So I walked out and won't be back.
Worst customer service I have ever had cashiers literally complain about having to make your order and it is absolutely terrible
I just waited nearly 30 minutes for a smoothie. Walked in at 1015 and only one employee. Obviously not her fault but she was making online orders for about 10 minutes. Finally took my order. Went back to making mobile orders. 2 customers who were waiting left rather than wait to order. I got a Dr. Robeks, my usual. It was the worst smoothie I've ever had. Watery and just tasted like crushed ice mixed with strawberries. Terrible experience today.
I have been stuck in Icu in Prescott since last Friday for covid. my daughter's been ordering me Robeks every day 2 times a day. I can't thank you enough for these smoothies. what they do for me mentally and physically.
Drinks are still good service has gone down hill since the last owner. My wife and I stopped in and paid for our drinks. Two customers came and left before our drinks were ready. When I asked about it they completely lost our order. No apologies were offered. Poor service.
