Visited the RWB location in Prescott over Fourth of July weekend. They were very busy and service was still incredible. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, food was great, and the restaurant was clean. Made for a great Mother/Daughter lunch!
My parents came into town last month and we were excited to takeout RWB right before they closed.Long story short they screwed up my order and were unwilling to fix it because I didn't call right away
When we first ate there for their soft opening, I was in love and amazed *they are also pricey*We had their surf and turf X's 2, one was cooked perfectly with larger scrumptious ? and the other was not done right it was a lot smaller and the shrimp was not as meaty. And the mussels, omg I STILL talk about those mussels were the BIGGEST & BEST I've had since and yet.... we were impressed..... But.....The last 2 times we've gone back we were not impressed the mussles we're over cooked and chewy. Too big if they are going to be over cooked and not enough seasoning or broth. The rest of our meal just didn't compete with our first experience.I'm very sad about this, it's hard to find good restaurants in Prescott anymore.??
Stopped in for lunch with my family and had a fantastic experience! Amy H., our server, made sure our drinks were always full, we had everything we needed for our meals, and she was just all around friendly and personable. She even had the owner come say hello! I personally ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp added and a Caesar side salad! The lettuce was perfectly crisp, perfect dressing and cheese amount, and the pasta was also fantastic! Based on the quality of both the food and service, I will happily return for more meals in the future!
This was my second visit to the Prescott location and both trips have been wonderful! We were lucky enough to get Amy H as our server both times. I ordered the marinated chicken sandwich and it was fantastic! The owner was also very welcoming and introduced himself to us during our meal. I would highly recommend stopping here on your trip to Prescott!
Just stopped into the bar for a burger & a beer. The bartenders were having problems with the draft beer...too much foam. They said it was because they just tapped a new keg but I suspect the lines are dirty and the temperature is too warm. Draft beer must be served at 38 degrees or colder. Anything warmer causes the excess foam. The $16 burger was dry and tasteless. Probably ground sirloin which just doesn't have enough fat to provide flavor. Unimpressive.I returned to this restaurant a few days later with a friend and had a full dinner. It was a much better experience and I had a good meal washed down with a much colder draft beer. Our server was delightful. Toward the end of our meal the chef stopped at our table and asked how we liked our food. I mentioned the bad burger experience and he offered his apologies and thanked me for giving the place another chance. He said that they do not make their burgers with sirloin but rather an 80/20 mix purchased from an outside purveyor. He blamed the dry burger on whomever prepared it.Overall I would say it's a decent restaurant but I'm not in a hurry to return.
We all enjoyed our food. The updated dining area is really nice and the bar looks fabulous. Wine and cocktails were good. Menu is fairly basic for good dining. Shrimp linguini was good and I enjoyed the leftovers, for sure! We split some cheesecake and it was really yummy. I'll go again, for sure (still missing Prescott Station though!)
First time visit and I did not care for the food. I had the Bourbon Glazed Pecan Crusted Salmon and I felt like it had too much going on. The bourbon glaze was too sweet, the sweet potato ravioli was kind of bland, and it all sat in a Creole mustard sauce which I didn't think compliment the dish. The dish also came with a side of cooked broccoli that was too oily and salty. The ambiance was great (we sat in their covered patio) and our waitress Christine was fantastic. Maybe the kitchen was having an off night but I don't think I will be returning.
The three major attributes of a great restaurant are here, great food, great service, and fun inviting enviornment...
Wow! This restaurant is phenomenal. I was so impressed with everything from the amazing food to the atmosphere. The service was so great, too! We were well taken care of by all staff members and it was such a nice environment to dine in. Will be back!
