AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I would rate a 0/5 stars if I could. Placed an order for two pizzas at 6:30 pm, and they said it would take 20 minutes. We arrived there in 20 minutes and ended up waiting 45 MORE minutes. Very lackluster service, no urgency as each worker folded boxes and ignored us/made pizzas at a snail pace. Severely understaffed as there were four others waiting, workers uninterested and had no incentive to get our pizza out, it should NOT take 1 hour to make two pizzas. Very unprofessional, steer clear of this location and save your time and money. Will not be ordering from there again. 1/5
It seems like every time I go to this Papa John's the staff there goes on beyond job description. They're very nice they're very sweet. The girl that was working at it tonight Kylie. She was was very nice and very sweet any question I had she answered it. She didn't get irritated by me and she kept a smile on her face a very polite Papa John works. what you guys are doing with your workers. Your are doing a good job keep it up. Thank you. Plus your food is delicious you guys out beat a lot of places. I don't like pizza but when I want pizza I go straight to you guys first. So once again thank you and thank your great staff. Google, please do not allow local businesses to lie about their operating hours. Papa John's of Prescott explicitly told me that they stop take-out orders at 9:40 PM. (I walked in Tuesday night, the 17th of May, 2022, at about 9:45, and that's what the manager stated to me. Of course she was making that up!)
I love Papa John's, that's my go to pizzeria. Unfortunately they have discontinued their Veterans discount which I think is a poor marketing move.It used to be very generous and if they would have just reduced the amount instead of eliminating it that would have been a much better move.
Just had this so called pizza delivered. Both pizzas have crust as thin as a piece of paper and the breadsticks are over cooked. Paid over $40 for a worthless dinner.
Papa John hair always has great pizza to eat and great delivery service and the way you call in on it if somewhat cumbersome though you're speaking to another country in a foreign language trying to order American Pizza
Great value for the money spent. Of the franchise pizza restaurants in the area the Papa John's Pizza in Prescott far out passes D's and PH.
Had to give old pops 5 stars because back in the day I worked at a poppa John's. This place is decent and thats it 5 stars is me being cool. Service by the blonde also is for the five star as for the rest ?boooo!
Had numerous issues with site trying to order couple of pizzas so instead of continuing with ordering online I decided to just call and order . However when you call it is forwarded to a call center and you get Hakim taking your call. Barely speak English and can't give me the two medium pizzas that's on special for $14 so to get pizzas I choose have to upgrade to large and pay double. I find their new call center ridiculous and pain just as much as the site was. If I didn't like the pizza I wouldn't have continued to order. I also have a store credit from previous experience of being delivered the wrong pgizza from awhile ago but to use it have to speak to store directly of which is impossible to do. So hmmm
