Went through the drive through, asked them to spread the cream cheese on my bagel because I was gonna be driving and they said due to health reason they couldn’t. So why do they put other food together and let you eat it?
Meeting friends there. Food was great as always...just expensive! ( Like everything else). Employees were helpful. Great atmosphere.
Good food, but it takes a lot longer than it should to come out of the kitchen when you go inside.The drive-thru is a lot faster.a bit pricey for what you get.
AWSOME customer service the manager (Susan) and helpful employee (Megan) made mine and co-workers day with the refreshing customer service. Our company will be coming back here for service and great food
That is a pizza from Panera where the dough is half raw! My wife’s sick, so on way home from work I get her Panera for dinner, it’s 20 miles ish away. Thanks Panera, fail! Raw dough!

I use to swear by and love Panera, but the quality, flavor and selection has tanked over the last few years. For about 20 years we've frequently eaten at Panera from California to Missouri but after going the other day I can safely say we won't be going back. Truly disappointing that a restaurant that use to be so good has gotten so bad.
Sent an order with someone to pick up, selected off the current menu. I ordered the Mexican street corn chowder and the chefs chicken sandwich mentioned on the pick two menu. Neither of which was what I got. I got a completely different “take” chicken sandwich, and broccoli cheddar soup, which is never my first choice. So I was a bit disappointed by the completely wrong order. That being said, the soup was decent as far as broccoli cheddar goes, and the chicken sandwich was fairly decent. Maybe next time I’ll be able to get what I actually ordered.
I am such a huge fan of the atmosphere here. And the broccoli and cheese bread bowl is amazing!!!
4/6/22 @ 11:00 am: Stopped for the 1st time at this resturant. Very nice staff. The bread, bagels, and deserts looked tasty.Ordered a Tuna salad on Chibatta. Sandwich was tasty BUT, the amount of Tuna salad was minimal at best. For a $9.00 sandwich it should have at least more Tuna salad than onions, and lettuce. Too bad...
