Our food was excellent. Best food in our vacation.
I have been to just about every major Old West town and its saloons. Some have an aura of authenticity, others are built on legends and myth. Some are completely fake. But there are few that compares to the Palace and its atmosphere once you enter through its swinging doors. This place is rife with history. The bar and the underbar behind the large mirrored piece are original. Doc Holliday, Wyatt and Virgil Earp, and Teddy Roosevelt all spent time here. As for its modern day profile, we drank Old Overholt at the bar (Doc's reported favorite) and were served by a very friendly and attentive bartender. I even met one of the owners who was an absolute pleasure to speak with. We ordered tacos and chicken wings, and both were good. Make this THE stop when you are visiting Prescott.

Came here with another couple. Got lucky as there was no wait for a table. We had the Beast Burger, Palace Campfire Burger, Turkey Herder and Corn Chowder with 1/2 Wrangler Ruben.Overall the food and service was good, glad I upgraded to onions rings as the fries are small shoestring, to small (personal preference). I ordered a Palace Red and was brought a Palace IPA. The server left the IPA and got me the Red. The IPA ended up on my buddies bill, which was corrected. Would go back for sure.
Love the Wild West, gunslingers, Earp brothers and beer. Sat at the famous bar was served right away having a local brew. Sat next to a couple traveling from Florida. Staff was friendly, very busy inside, and I was pleased with the service. I loved the fact that everyone was in character, including the surly sheriff! Be sure to walk around and see the historical artifacts within. Would recommend anyone to stop by.
Called in a to go order because I only get 30 min for lunch, they stated it would be ready in 10 min. I get to restaurant and end up waiting another 30 min and still no food. I ask how long until my order would be ready then got ignored. Assuming they thought a to go order is not important because they most likely won’t tip. WRONG I was indeed going to give a tip even if thought it was a to go order. I left and told them I couldn’t wait 45 min to an hour for a to go order when I only get a 30 Min lunch for work. Highly disappointed everyone seems like they hate their job and there and are rude with patrons.
Loved this place! So much history inside, I could have spent hours looking at all the things they had hung on the wall. The bar alone was just beautiful. A very fun place to go and get sent back in time. Not to mention the food was delicious and they have so much whiskey to choose from! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Prescott!
This place screams history. The staff us absolutely amazing. Big smiles backed with an old western theme and some of the best Ribs I've ever had. Green beans were the absolute best. You will not be disappointed with the bar selection and great customer service. Highly recommend
Amazing Old Saloon great food and service. The place is big and has alot seating. We got in early for lunch 11:30 the place filled up fast on a Monday. I had the Reuben w/onion rings very good.
