Our server Micaela was fantastic! We were a group of 20 for lunch and we had some people that couldn't eat certain things (like me - I'm vegan) and she was very accommodating. She also gave each of us a separate bill and was quick to return with either cash or our individual credit card. I was pleasantly surprised she gave the correct credit card back to each of us. Definitely a good time and the food was delicious.
My friends and I went to eat at this location at around 8pm. The hostess was nice at first until she led us to the very back of the restaurant where all of the other Hispanics were. The back room was filled with Latino families and she sat us all very close together. I made me feel racially profiled because I think she thought of the stereotype that we are loud. The servers were great though.
2 weeks ago i order 2 dinner set but i did not get any bread stick. and last time i order fetttucine alfrado but i get fettucine mix with spaghetti. How come?
My husband and I went there for an early Valentine's dinner. Waitress was friendly, place was clean. However when we went to order our food we were surprised. Our lettuce was yellow., not cut up. Looks like it was out of a package and thrown together. Soup was bland. That quality of food should not have that high of a price. We were very disappointed
Took my daughter there for her birthday.She had a great time and the server was polite and super nice in wishing the little one a great birthday.Olive garden win!The food was good as usual, bread sticks warm and fresh.The staff even brought out my daughters cake for us to surprise her.
Three of us, waited 10 minutes for a booth. The salad, the dressing, and the bread sticks were pretty good. I ordered the lasagna and loved it. Our server was very attentive, kept our glasses filled.
This 5 star review is based on the EXCEPTIONAL service that Richard in take-out always provides. He's extremely courteous every time we place an order over the phone. And he always pays attention to the details and double checks our order when we pick up. He ***always*** provides us with top tier service. RICHARD IS THE BEST!!!
We really enjoyed dining at this Olive Garden while visiting my mom in Prescott. Celeste was an outstanding server and all of the food was delicious. The Restaurant was very clean and seemed to be very organized.
Our table was not picked up by any wait staff until I went back to the hostess desk. After that, the waitress assigned seemed to be very timid, and a little confused. But the food was excellent as usual!
Server was Julie. First visit of the new year and we found new menu with different choices and pricing. My wife asked about an old choice, not available, but Julie came up with an alternative. Food came reasonably soon after salad. We were satisfied with our meals and more than satisfied with the service.Still hate the kiosk device. If it weren't for the kiosk I would have given 5 stars.
