I don't understand why you are charging for water. Supposedly it's for the "cup". I think that's ridiculous. What if someone had no money and they were gonna pass out from heat exhaustion? Are you guys gonna tell them no because they are broke? I simply just ask for a water cup and was told for a small it's 25 cents. Are you kidding me, come on McDonald's do better.
Today was interesting. I went to this Mcdonalds for a friend that was getting out of the hospital. They wanted a unsweet tea with an extra cup of ice. I figured thats the least I could do for this sole after surgery.I order the large unsweet teas (2) and the large ice.The teas were 99 each and I was charged 75 cents for the cup of water. I wanted ICE not water.I think its a little ridiculous that I paid 75 cents for ICE when I could have had a full soda for 99.I was informed I didn't pay for the ice or water but the 75 cents was for the cup?It's only 100 degrees out and if I would have known that McDonalds charges 75 cents for a CUP I would have just ordered another tea or Sprite for 99 cents.The cost isn't the issue as much as it is the principle of the order itself.I think that it is PETTY that a big corporation charges for an empty (free ice/water) cup when we live in one of the hottest States and we are in a heat wave.We have homeless people out in the heat and they need to have access to water and a lot of them don't have the 75 cents for a CUP.
The manager Jason is phenomenal. Kate was a pleasure, super patient and kind. Great service. Clean clean clean.
Service was good. But they did not have ice cream. Boo hoo?? hoo
Too many people that smoke during the job can’t focus have to ask your order 5 different times. Poor customer service. Play too much can’t keep focus asking to buy sauce like ranch bbq etc. I think they need better people and managers to be honest, they have so much slack like it seems like they don’t know what they are doing
This McDonald’s is just wayyyyyyy out of hand, you’ve got tweakers running the window visibility twacked out, people so stoned when ur saying for the 6th time what you got they still don’t get it…. And everyone just screws everything up and are very unprofessional with guests
You know, it's Mickey D's. The only difference being the customer service. The people at this restaurant are so friendly so nice so accommodating and they are an asset to your organization. Thank you
Went through the drive-thru. Ordered the new watermelon strawberry slushie and some chicken nuggets! The slushy was a delicious! a nice cool treat on a warm day.
The manager here was so nice, much better than kfc. Happy 4th!
Always a clean store. Employees are helpful, happy, and efficient.
