This is for the 2 employees (male and female) who were working today in the drive-thru (June 17th, 7:22 p.m.) and gave me the free birthday blueberry muffin reward I was givin in the McDonald's app:YOU GUYS MADE MY ENTIRE NIGHT!! By the time I finally stop blubbering over how sweet you two were, I noticed you guys wrote happy birthday on my muffin package and started blubbering all over again lol! Thank you a MILLION times over!!! You guys are adorable and amazing!!! I'm so glad I stopped by in that moment!!To McDonald's:These are the type of people who will go on to do amazing things, please treat them well and value their hard work, they are going to go super far in their lives and you guys are lucky to have them. Watched three other vehicles in the right lane get their order while I waited. Had to drive up to the window to place my order. I don't have time in the morning to be ignored
I go here a lot because it's my son's favorite but lately everything has been stale and cold when we go even after having to wait for the food to get done. Most of the employees are great and friendly. Typical of what you would get in fast food. Wish their times were faster and the food was more fresh.
It's McDonald's, so it deserves zero stars for the food quality. However, the staff here are generally very nice, though occasionally a bit absent minded while handing you your drinks/food. Happens.¯\_༼ •́ ͜ʖ •̀ ༽_/¯

Here in Prescott Arizona this Mc D is High but the customer service was great and like other Mc D places my food was made fresh and I'll be back again because food fresh and the customer service was great.
Lines at the drive through were long even being early for lunch just before 11 am. But the staff were efficient and extra friendly. Their pleasant attitude brightened my day.
I ordered a big mac combo and a sweet tea and was denied my drink because I didn't have a receipt but I wasn't given one and I just gave them $20 on a $18.45 . Why did they argue with me about this do they not know how to do math?
