The restaurant is okay. It's clean and the design on the inside looks new. The food is typical KFC.
How is it you can go too this Prescott KFC and there out of everything no pot pies no extra crispy chicken no breasts at all and no biscuits‽ This is happening on a regular basis! How and who's exactly running this store?
I'm guessing we had a communication error. I ordered an eight-piece bucket but got home with a three piece meal. I then went and checked the charge on my card. They charged for a meal so I guess I need to speak up. My guests laughed and I added some sandwiches to the menu.
Kentucky fried Chicken is awesome there's very very friendly and they make sure they get your order right and do the best chicken ever thumbs up for me on this one.
Where has the 11 different herbs and spices go? Both the extra crispy and original recipe at this store have no flavor but the grease shines through with flying colors....
They always get my order wrong ,the food isnt all that good and the food is soggy except the fries are good
Last minute dinner choice by my Wife and I and we were definitely pleasantly surprised! The whole meal hit the spot. It wasnt too busy at all for a Saturday which is absolutely rare for any eatery any day of the week here in Prescott Az this time of year, so it was very much appreciated to have dinner tonight that hadn't sat under a heat lamp for an hour or better and they now offer an exclusive Mt Dew flavor that was different and somewhat refreshing.
Twice they didn't complete the order. The first time we called corporate and they sent us a coupon. The second time my friend caught the omission before driving away. The PV Kentucky Fried was wonderful and helpful, so I'd give them 5 stars.
Chicken was fresh and hot all condiments and napkins included. Cashier friendly and cheerful.
Always good food at all my visits to KFC no matter what city its in!!!!!
