We have come to this Jack on the Box many times expecting it to improve. We usually get tacos or burgers but are very disappointed in the food. We liv 5 minutes away and our food is ALWAYS cold when we get home. The McDonald's across the street doesn't serve cold food. Also, I told a young man at the drive up window that they needed to clean the window and outside on the counter. It's the first, and only, thing you see when you pay and get your food. Makes you wonder how clean it is inside. Just saying!!
Hot, fresh, fast, and polite! What else do you want in a fast food restaurant. I love when I visit the West bc we don’t have Jack in the Box.
Horrible cook! How do you mess up tacos? So burnt there wasn’t any filling. The cook cussed out my husband when I asked for new ones. And Last time I came here I got charged for some one else’s order it was $35 when mine was only $9. And they didn’t even know how to refund it so nothing got done about it. Prescott AZ Location
I've had better "Jack in da Crack" but this Jack in the box is pretty alright. (Sometimes my frys are slightly stale and burger seems to have been sitting every time I come here. But not so bad that it makes me sick or that I can't enjoy my meal.
This is BY FAR the absolute WORST jack in the box I've ever been to. They rarely get the order right.. they always forget something and they don't know the difference between diet soda and regular. I gave 2 stars because they have some new staff and my last order wasn't messed up. Hopefully they improve.
It's Jack in The Box cant go wrong here unless they mess up your order. But they had done well with mine so they get a good review from me good job JIB...
YOOO!! I’m so allergic to egg and it’s impossible to find ANY breakfast item without egg and they literally made me the best no egg breakfast burrito! We’re so blessed to have people like y’all in this town! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
We probably won't be back to Jack in the Box. The service was fine and the employees seem to be okay. But the food was so substandard. The food was cold. The burgers don't taste like real beef. Our shakes were a strange texture, lots of bubbles and powder-like. The only thing that was sort of warm was the curly fries. We won't be back, the food products are not like they used to be. Unfortunately we had gone through the drive thru. Tried to go back but the lobby is locked due to COVID. There was a car sitting in the drive thru visiting with the girl at the window. So we ate what we had. Cold sandwiches that should be hot, lukewarm fries and powder-like shakes. Shame on you Jack in the Box!
I looked forward to traveling and finding kack I'm the boxes along the way! Big treat for me! However my spicy chicken was raw in the middle and I had eaten half before I realized it was pinkish. However she was kind about it and replaced it with an amazing perfectly cooked sandwich yum fantastic!! I think maybe an over look but would still definitely recommend this location. My husband's fish sandwich and fries were fresh and so delicious as well.
Quality and quantity have dropped significantly! When a customer pays $7 for a chicken fajita pita they expect to actually have chicken as the main ingredient not shredded lettuce, tomato and cheese. Very expensive veggie pita. I understand the cost of everything has gone up. But what I don't understand is how the quality & quantity of your menus has to drop as well. Along with raised menus prices!The chicken fajita pita (I'm very familiar with, have been ordering it for the past 10+ years. At least once a week.) Consist of a full chicken breast patty (full as in the same you get on a chicken sandwich) cut into slices then put inside the pita with lettuce tomato cheese. (I always order without the onions) However over the past few months, I have ordered the pita and there's only 2 slices of chicken in it. 1/4 of the chicken patty instead of the whole chicken patty! Not only have the prices increased, the products main ingredient decreased!This item should now be called the 'Veggie Fajita Pita with a tiny bit of chicken" otherwise I feel it's false advertising displaying it as "CHICKEN fajita pita" leading one to believe that chicken is the main part of the meal, which it no longer is. Very disappointed. Won't be going back anymore.
