Vanessa took my order and she is my new idol. I want to be just like her when I grow up. Our order was going to be late but Vanessa grew her own potatoes and made us our fried so that we would get them on time. Vanessa if you see this I love you and you deserve a raise.
7/9/22 @ 11:15 am: Most visits to this burger shop are positive. Today is an exception. Fries were in small pieces so half were overcooked. Burgers were also overdone. Disappointed!Note to the In-n-Out owners, if you keep cutting down the size of your hamburger patties, you will price yourself out of long term customers. I am originally from SoCal, so I know how great your burgers were years ago. Heading downhill.Culver's will take customers from you if you don't keep the quantity and quality from degrading.
The restaurant had just been blitzed on 4th of July by crowds of people after the local fireworks show when we got there and 1 of their grills went down. The staff professionally worked through it and was very professional and impressive doing so. The person who seemed to be the team leader was very good at his job under stress.?
Best In N Out we have ever been to. The burgers are absolutely phenomenal. The fries... Best we have had. Highly recommend this one when in the area! So darn delish!
This was my very first In N Out experience and I was so excited about it because I've heard SO many great things for YEARS. Unfortunately, this was the first and LAST time I'll be going.Pros: Very Affordable, Service was AwesomeBurger was decent.Cons: The Fries tasted like Tears, Dust and Disappointment! I'm a fry JUNKIE and a good burger HAS to be complimented by good fries!I ordered Regular AND Animal Style Fries. The Animal Style had potential but the fries were just bland, it didn't even taste like potato. I tried adding ketchup and that couldn't even save it.I'm so glad someone told me about Culver's because their food was MUCH better.
Great place to eat. The line through the drive-thru was a bit long but they got everyone served pretty fast. Staff was super friendly and the food was good. Definitely order your food “Animal Style”, it’s great!. Best part is the prices are super reasonable.
A must go if in Prescott. One of the best In-N-Out Burgers in the combination of staff / friendliness and consistency in food quality. Great job guys!
We hadn't ever had a burger here and wanted to try it. You have to wait but it was so worth it! The burger was fresh and delicious and the fries made from scratch.
Very cheap and excellent quality. I still think Culver's and Five Guys are a little better, but factoring in cost, In-N-Out rocks hard, and they are a Christian-based company, which is lovely. Never a bad experience here even though they are always slammed!
Place was clean, not to crowded. Rana the cashier was very kind.
