By far the best sushi restaurant around. I am partial to the yellowtail and it is always excellent and literally melts in your mouth. Another favorite is the cooked eel which I think of as my dessert. Last time I had 2 orders of the sashimi yellowtail, their cucumber salad, a bowl of rice and topped it off with the eel. Next time I will order the exact same, what a treat and can’t be beat!!!

Great service. Clean restaurant. Lots of friendly staff. Fresh sushi. Decor and furniture outdated and worn. The shrimp tempura was excellently cooked. The miso soup was good. The fried pork gyoza was good. I didn’t care for the vegetable tempura. I loved the rice. It was perfectly cooked and perfectly sticky.
I ordered the combination 1 (Chicken Teriyaki) and it was more than enough for me to eat. It also came with a miso soup and a cucumber salad. It was flavorful and filling!
Not very pleased at the moment. Had a Dr. appointment today and decided to treat myself. I got outside the restaurant ready to order for pickup, because I prefer to wait near it, and found out the hard way that they DO NOT ACCEPT PICKUP ORDERS. I am honestly only upset at this because I wasted the gas to get there and wait. Instead of being able to look at their information and see that they do not accept those types of orders I had to find out right after I tried to order. Fujiyama, you need to get with the program. Either update Googles info or actually accept pickup orders. This entire thing ruined my day.
Service was great. I was surprised by the size of the dishes. The restaurants was spacious and well designed. Will duffinenly come back in a few weeks.
Absolutely the best sushi in Prescott. The occasional slow service might make a 4 star if picky but the awesome owners and staff makes it a 5 star easily.
Sriracha was great !! Recommend 100% won't be disappointed
