100 Stars! "Jo" was our barista and she is AMAZING. The Coffee was absolutely great and only outshined by her personality, caring, and concern for our satisfaction. She happily greeted us, kept us company, brewed amazing drinks exactly as we ordered, sang as she worked, and sent us on our way with a great big smile. One of our favorite Dutch Bros. We know most of the barristas and they know us including our order. They are super nice. We love our DB family!
Won’t be going here anymore! They have the personnel to walk up and down a line of twenty cars in the drive thru but forget about walking up to the window if you are in a big truck or have a trailer because your ticket will be hurried by the person taking all the orders for all those cars. So you will get your drink after the last car in line at the time you walk up to the window! That is not what I call customer service the people working there should know how to prioritize even if their computer system doesn’t. I asked for a refund but that was going to be so complicated I ended up just going back to work.
Pretty much the best coffee ever. I love everyone here besides the girl with awful attitude that talks way too fast and doesn’t listen half the time. She’s gotta take a chill pill
Got a Golden Eagle Freeze Picture Perfect. That was pretty good stuffs. Nice for a wake up before summer classes and a cool refresh from the hot sun.

I think I am too old for Dutch Brothers.\\nThe music was so loud I could barely hear the employees. The girl taking the order was efficient but the guys inside not so much..I pulled up to them spilling drinks, laughing uncontrollably, loud and I thought rude. I know it's a show there but is anyone in charge?\\nMy drink was wrong which I guess is the most important detail.\\nNot a fan anymore...sorry.
I love Dutch Bros. No matter which location you visit; the drinks are always delicious, the customer service is outstanding, and the price is incredibly reasonable.
My absolute favorite place to get a drink. The staff is always friendly and the service is always efficient. In all my dozens upon dozens of trips to this Dutch bros over the last couple years, I have had only two mistakes on my orders. One was totally just a miscommunication on my end (asked for a rebel with passionfruit, but got the passion-water rebel) and the other was simply getting a medium instead of a large, no biggie. Totally understandable when you see how many people come in and out of that drive-through every day. The drinks are tasty, and I never feel unwelcome. I will continue to be a regular customer. Staff are incredibly friendly, and if you go enough, they'll know your name and ask about yourself and remember it. Highly recommended. My absolute favorite place for drinks if any kind!
