The employee serving is this morning was patient and friendly. The food was warm and seemed freshly made.
Very disappointed ! Poor , slow service . The owner spent the entire time that we were standing in line for assistance talking to a someone that wasn't buying anything , the other 2 employees were trying to figure out how to prepare the only person in front of us, a cup of coffee , that took 5 minutes. Finally got to us we ordered cinnamon rolls that were already sitting , added disgusting, super sweet syrups ????? If that was bad enough , the actual cinnamon roll was greasy , flatter than a pancake and tasted like pure sugar . We tried eating them but could ! We're never going back ! The absolute worse cinnamon rolls ever !
The worst they don't even pay attention no one comes to help you or even say I will be right with you they are to busy talking to each other I could not believe how long I had to wait for 1 cinnamon roll well at this rate they wont be there long .
Came into the store today to buy a 4 pack of Cinnabon. I was informed that they didn't have any packs available but there were plenty of Cinnabon in the display case. We asked why we couldn't get 4 of their "singles" for the same price since it was the same item. We were argued that it "wasn't allowed" and we would have to wait 15+ minutes for it or just buy four single Cinnabon (which costs more might I add). The only reason this got a three-star is that the Cinnabon was pretty good.
Went to get cinnamon rolls and was told it would be a 30 minute wait because the workers were only on the Jamba Juice side no workers on the Cinnabon side. Drive through was also a 20 minute wait. Ended up with no cinnamon rolls.
Tried purchasing a birthday gift card at the Prescott Cinnabon. After a bit of confusion, the counter person ( very friendly ) said they were having problems with them & therefore were not selling them there. He suggested I go to the website & purchase a gift card there. I did so & on my wife's birthday, we took the gift card (minimum $25 card) to Prescott Cinnabon & the young lady ( again very pleasant) was unable to charge our purchase to the gift card. She mentioned it may be because the Cinnabon is owned by the Jamba Juice owner & "they are not really a Cinnabon ! "We went ahead & purchased 2 Cinnabons anyway. We also tried to use a birthday coupon Cinnabon sent my wife for her birthday for a free coffee. Nope, we couldn't use that either. Happy Birthday ! Hmm...Cinnabon on storefront & everywhere else in the store, but will not take corporate purchased gift cards or coupon for free birthday coffee. . AMAZING ! How unfair to the consumer who loves Cinnabons like us. There are no signs stating this in the store or on Cinnabon website. What a rip off. Cinnabon even refused to answer a BBB complaint. I will NEVER buy here again unless owners/manager responds to this complaint. I am not an unreasonable person & can bend with most things , but this is ridiculous.
This what I received when I purchased a Regular Mocha. So sad to cheat people when the coffee is pretty pricey for what you get!?
I ordered Cinabites for church and they were baked an hour before I picked them up at 8:00a.m. They were a great hit !!Also, they gave me a Veterans and benevolence discount.
Been waiting for Jamba and Cinnabon to appear on Google for a while! And I can finally say that this location is fantastic!!! The drinks are splendid and the treats are even more sweeter. While I am not very affluent to visit Jamba even occasionally, to some hardcore organic drinkers would love it. Definitely recommend this place it you want a great smoothie, protein shake, coffee or pastry. And the staff are absolutely amazing! I haven't visited once where they didn't have a smile
Our cinnamon roll was beyond delicious! My daughter and I shared the large one and added the pecan caramel upgrade. Not that it needed more sugar on it but the pecans made it extra extra! I actually misunderstood what the guy meant, I just wanted nuts added but there is some upgrade to the roll with both added. The guy at the front counter, who took our order, needs a little pep in his step, but the rest of the employees seemed great and seemed to understand customer service. We stayed there for a while watching them make the rolls! It was actually really fun for my daughter to see them do that and she was so excited by it! The whole concept is very open and visible. The space is shared between them and Jamba.
