The food is GREAT. The management team should focus on achieving a better staffing goal or train to a higher standard. The employee working the line was working hard and shouldn’t have to leave the line every time the product is empty. It was very surprising that no one offered to help them keep the line moving. This is the fourth time I’ve come in and nothing has changed.
Spent $500+ on a catered order and all of the burritos had hardly any meat in them. Take your catering businesses elsewhere
Good for a quick meal. The line moved fairly quickly. Typical chipotle. Tried the new pollo asada, the flavor was good.
Been a loyal Customer for a decade but lately servings have been so small that is down right insulting. Can't get an actual meal here anymore. Real saddening.
customer service and all aspects of the dining experience here is always above and beyond. the amount of time and dedication behind the scenes to make sure everything is great for customers is appreciated. with businesses being so understaffed now, and the rush of people who come through this location their continued professionalism in these crazy times is great. Food is always good and, staff is always nice, facility is always clean. thank you again chipotle staff and management for keeping this place one of my favorites, in the prescott area.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The Chipotle chicken has excellent flavor. I got it in a salad, the salad dressing has a great tangy flavor.
Visited here 4 or 5 times with great tasting food. Last Thursday ordered the carnitas tacos and the meat was cold and the taste not so good. Had these before and they were great. Sorry to see the quality to slide.
I don't know if it's the current situation with food supply chain or this location is just a joke. Portions were tiny, like they had no choice, and attitude was horrific from the workers. I get y'all are understaffed and it can be hard but you don't have to be nasty and dismissive.I think this place has lost its way, and that is reflected in the corporate structure.
What we love about Chipotle is that the food is fresh with lots of vegetarian choices. They make the salads while we watch and the way we ask for them. Their chips are really good. They have 4 choices of lemonade and they have Mexican Cokes and, of course, a selection of other sodas.
Purchased a coke for 3 dollars and change and got a charge on my Visa for $23.07.I understand inflation is up but $23.07?I called the store and they give me a # to call for over charging.I call the number and its an automated system and you can't talk to anyone without a receipt #.Great, who keeps a receipt for a coke you got days ago. Plus I was never given a receipt.Unbelievable poor customer service.Put a stop charge with my credit card company.Be careful at this store and would recommend paying with cash.Won't be back.
