Chi's is off the main square, but everyone who finds it keeps going back! The food is delightful! And the prices are very reasonable. Don't miss the Thai Iced Tea!
I’m giving this place 1 star if I could give less I would. Why? Well we got there and the hostess wouldn’t even tell us where to sit, but that’s not a problem at all, we were waiting there for about 10 minutes when she came and asked if we wanted anything, we saw that she had the menu’s in her hands so we extended our hands to grab them and she just threw them at us and walked away. We proceeded to leave shortly after.
This was our favorite restaurant. I loved their food. We had been going for years and their food had been always but now during and after the pandemic they serve everything in plastic dishes even when you eat in the restaurant and the food tastes liked plastic. Is not our favorite anymore. We won’t come back until they go back to serve in normal dishes. Sorry your restaurant has gone very low in quality.
Probably some of the best curry I've had in a very long time!Mom & I were craving Thai but the first place we tried was closed. We found this place accidentally and are so glad we did. It's a little pricey but the portions are large. We tried the red curry and the green curry. The beef was tender and the vegetables were prepared perfectly. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town!
I wish I could give them a higher rating because past experiences here have been so good. Unfortunately I find it difficult to trust a restaurant after I get food poisoning from them. Such a shame.
They are faraway by good customer service, even no decent... Food was also not fresh.
Worst thai restaurant i have every been to $25.00 for 1 small carton of chicken lo mein and 3 egg rolls and 1 can of coke. The food wasn't cooked properly ?
This was my first trip to Chi's, I had been craving egg rolls and good Chinese cooking. Ordered Orange Chicken and House Fried rice with egg rolls. While the house rice was yummy with generous amounts of shrimp chicken and vegetables nicely seasoned, the egg rolls a little too chewy and the orange chicken was very dry. Good sauces, dry chicken. I think, judging by the shrimp in the house rice, it might be a better choice for a shrimp entree. They have quite a few selections of shrimp and seafood. I will give them one more try.
Ordered fried shrimp. Came out burned, and asked for a replacement order. They claimed they ran out. Fortune cookies were stale. 3 cashews in the cashew chicken. Definitely didn't get what we paid for. Lesson learned. Won't be back.
Hands down the BEST Asian food in all of Yavapai County!!! Their Thai is as good as their Chinese. And their Japanese is also amazing. They must use only the best ingredients!
