Food was fine. Service was good. The pictures on here are not of Casa Alvarez.....not sure what restaurant it is.
Just like familia. The green chili is to die for! It reminded me of Nana’s food growing up, without a doubt will be back many times.
Such a yummy and fun place!! Went here on a sisters weekend and enjoyed the delicious carbs asada, guac and salsa, and al pastor tacos. A feast! And the waitresses and servers were sooo patient and friendly, and helped us with everything. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
My family, brother & sister in-law went for dinner. Food was good, server was knowledgeable & friendly. We all enjoyed it & will be back.
Two couples, we all got different items, everything was delicious and the portions were HUGE! Excellent chips and salsa, good margarita, the whole pintos were better than the refries. The chili relleno was superb, delicious enchiladas as well. We will go back.
Nope. In my opinion its odd that 2 different Establishments can share the same kitchen in the same day. One being breakfast. ( Dinner bell) Next being Mexican food. Aside from the split floor plan of the kitchen, dinner bell is the only place to use the restroom, so if you're eating at Casa Alvarez and need to use a restroom you need to exit Casa Alvarez go to the front of the building enter dinnerbell cafe while it's closed for the evening to use the restroom. The food wasnt worth the hassle.

Heard about this hidden gem, literally a hidden gem in the back of a diner during the day Mexican cuisine in the evening.All I can say is WOW!!!! Probably top three Mexican food restaurants I have ever been to. The Blanco enchilada combo is MINDBLOWING!If I could give these wonderful people 10 stars I would.Its a MUST try if you're looking to dine in for dinner in downtown Prescott!!
What a great place. The food is authentic and the atmosphere welcoming. It is a little hard to find, but worth the search. Follow the boardwalk behind the Dinner Bell Cafe.
Amazing Customer Service, Clean, Cozy (Not by the size, it's fairly large). Overall, best Mexican restaurant in Prescott.
