Stopped for a double bacon cheeseburger and small onion rings this evening in the drive thru. Got back on the road opened my order, cold burger and burnt onion rings, nasty, inedible.
If I could rate a zero I would. We ordered the 2for $5 breakfast sandwiches 4 of them all the same the bacon ones, they were supposed to have two meat patty’s on each and the completely forgot on all of them and the egg was not warm it was really cold and the sandwiches were terrible
It's been a long time since I have had a whopper. Today didn't disappoint. Had a whopper meal and it was good, same taste as I remember. The restaurant was not busy and I was happy my fries were hot!Friendly, Fast Service. Thanks! ?
Food was okay but I saw the manager literally grab my chicken nuggets with his bare hands no gloves when he has been touching money and peoples cards etc. that is disgusting and so unsanitary. Not sure if I will ever go this Burger King location again. Disgusting.
I think I’ll try Taco Bell’s breakfast, the guy on drive thru the couple mornings I’ve gone here has been so freaking rude. Don’t punish me because you hate your job. I order using the mobile app and request nothing special, a basic breakfast meal with OJ. I just won’t go there anymore.
Stop in after dropping my son off at the hospital for surgery. I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:59 because they open at 6. The man took my order at 6:05am then when I got to the window to pay he took the money and then said “Do not pull up to the menu until 6 am next time. It deeps in my ears and it’s annoying.” So rude!! I will never go back again
Burger King seems to have stepped their game up since my last experience. Fresher hotter food than I can ever recall. Will definitely come back.
Is it just me or does fast food seem to be lacking in Prescott lately. Chino great, PV great, Prescott not so much.
How old are the two orders of chicken nuggets and I said I wanted four ranches they ain’t bringing no ranch. The chicken nugget french fries are cold i’ve ever had the worst service I ever had
High marks are giving because the staff is sincerely trying, and succeeding, at providing the best service they can. My unique order was served exactly as I asked. The food is Burger King food, which is to say if you already like BK you'll walk away happy and not disappointed.
