Ice cream was good, but portion size is ridiculously small. I ordered a banana royale. Price was almost ten dollars and it looked like two very small scoops , I remember the days when they use to fill the cup, this time it was a little more than half filled. For that price I’ll go buy the ice cream and bananas and make my own, probably 6 for the price of one. I understand that prices are increasing so I paid a lot more but to increase price and decrease portion size is scandalous. I did order through door dash but I picked up.
The little girl in there was very nice and very sweet meet but the adult that was helping her she was a complete jerk and made our order wrong... It's sad when a child has better customer service skills than the adult....

Great ice cream but the two.girls there were stuck up. Asked what was the favorite and they told me they didn't know lol. Very stuck up but yummy food!

Bad customer service Can’t make something special (turtle pie) without 25 hours notice so I gave 24 hour notice and the young girl says “oh she is not working tomorrow” It’s is not a lack of resources but a lack of resourcefulness
My boyfriend ordered a Baskin Robbins delivery order through a delivery app. They didn't have almost anything he ordered and the poor delivery driver had to keep ordering things they might have had just to get the delivery completed. My boyfriend and I are severely disappointed. Baskin Robbins false advertises their products and needs to keep their online menu updated
Absolute worst experience! Tried to order online and they don’t have anything that was advertised and then they refused to cancel my order.
