Wife asked, "How about Mexican food?" while leaving the dog park. The closest was this and had enough stars to at least experiment. The name will throw you, but that just makes it quirky.Wife got the special, Two Chicken Enchiladas with rice & beans. I got the #3 Two Beef Enchiladas with rice & beans. We also got chips & salsa to go.First off, the beans were very good. The rice was okay but I'm not much of a rice fan. My wife thought the rice was good. So, okay. ? My beef was very good. Ya, so good I'll definitely come back. My wife liked her chicken too.I picked up a small cup of the roasted red salsa. Ya, she said it was spicy. Was definitely spicy with good flavor. I liked it.So, I think this place Auto Keys Mexican was worth it. Will be back again. Don't know why that's what it's called, but what's in a name when the food is good?
I'm sorry to share, but their mild salsa base is just ketchup. Put it on my food and had to throw it away. No matter how you make your salsa, and my family had it's own Mexican food restaurant in Phx my entire life, ketchup is a huge sin and insult. Sad to see it's come to this.
Don’t normally do this but please take your money down the road. The main lady that is always working is just nasty. She is rude to every customer. Yells at her coworkers. I’ve come in a few times and she’s on the phone b!tching about the customer standing in front of her to the person on the phone. She thinks because she says it in Spanish that it’s a right of passage. Not realizing she’s not the only person who speaks Spanish. Disgusting behavior. I don’t know if she’s part of the owners family or if she’s a manager but clearly she doesn’t care about customer service. I won’t be back as long as she is here
I give it no stars if possible?I went in twice and the girl on the register was rude and unprofessional. The first time she looked a a few of us who were reading the menu and said we dont have carne asada in a nasty tone i then asked if I could order nachos and she said no bc they didn't have chips....i went with chicken tacos they were underwhelming.The next time i went in I ordered nachos and they came out on fries, then when they came out again it was chips loaded with toppings but the cheese was on top of everything including the cold sour cream so that made no sense since nachos should have melted cheese.This time anothe young girl was there and they were chit chatting back and forth like they were on a coffee break. It was as if the customer was intruding on the staff both times I went in. I def won't be back when other options are available in the area with actual customer service and items listed on the menu?
Been to Prescott location several times. Girl who works cash register is in a foul mood EVERY time. Never smiles, is rude and abrupt and acts like she doesn’t want you there.
Good breakfast burrito. Food was good. Staff was just okay.

Standing here 5 minutes after they open, door is locked. I'm standing at the door, watching the employee walk by me at the door. She won't look at me. Sat in my car and called them to place my order. She won't pick up the phone. Just go next door to Jack in the Box if you want breakfast
