Great food. Very clean. Great service. I could have done without the heavy metal music but what can you do its a jukebox. It was the only decent resturant we could find open after 10pm as we were traveling just passing through.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO APPLEBEE'S AGAIN. Our son was on a short leave from the Navy this weekend and we decided to have lunch and see a movie. We chose Applebee's in Prescott as it was close the movie theater. My husband and I arrived about 15 minutes before our son. We placed our order because our movie started before our son's, we told the server this. Once our son arrived we still had not received our drinks. Our son and grandson ordered their food and drinks. All the while we sat and watched as people that had arrived after us were being served food. We had to ask the hostess to please find our server to get our drinks. After being there for 50 minutes with no drink refills and no sign of our server I decided to asked for the manager. When he came out I simply asked if he could tell me how much longer our food was going to be because we had been there nearly and hour and we were late for a movie. He stated that he didn't know which food was mine. I pointed out our table and he said he would check on it. Several minutes later he came out of the kitchen with food. I assumed it was ours but much to my shock it was the lady behind us who had only been there about 20 minutes. With the expectation that we were never going to get our food. We left. What a horrible experience with our son who is only home for a few days. I WILL NEVER VISIT AN APPLEBEE'S anywhere.
The host guy was kind of weird but our waitress was great! Food was Applebee's, exactly what you would expect. Nothing remarkable, salmon was good and the broccoli hit the spot. Thank you guys.
The food was good but the drinks were not good and the waitress wrote so much perfume you could taste it everything she walked by. We never got the booster seat or highchair we asked for and it took 3 tries to get my beer. Overall save your $ and go across the street to Golden Corral
Tonight was possibly one of the best restaurant experiences my family has ever experienced. From the moment we arrived the staff was very accommodating to our group, (we had 9 for a birthday dinner for our Grandfather's 95th birthday) Upon arriving at the restaurant my husband's grandfather took a fall outside and once he was seated- so many staff were quick to bring band aids and napkins to clean himself up. Our waiter Isaiah was absolutely wonderful. He was very friendly and offered the best service I have ever personally experienced. I have worked in the restaurant business and it is very rare that you receive such excellent customer service. To the staff that went above and beyond to help make this birthday the absolute best it could be - thank you!! I look forward to our next dinner at Applebee's in Prescott.
Stopped for lunch. The food was delicious but it wasn't hot. I know it's basically pre prepared but it wasn't heated long enough.Several slips. Wasn't delivered with silverware.Had a gift receipt for $32. Maybe wouldn't have noticed it but we had the 2 for $26 and were charged for an extra rib dinner.Of course it was removed.Considering they weren't busy it seemed everyone was phoning it in.Staff needs a talking to.
First time here. Such good ribs here. Really enjoyed how clean the restaurant was. The host and hostess were very professional, when we got there we were on a little bit of a wait but it wasn't bad. Will be back for sure.
It is always a hir or miss at this location, there were no more than five tables filled at any given time and yet the dip was somewhat warm, the meals were missing items and it took the better part of 30 minutes for our four meals to be served. Never let a glass become empty more than once, we thought the server may have been the cook also.
I love Applebee's. This one is better than most. Great service. Always awesome food. Been many times and will be back many more
I could tell they were short staffed but our food was cooked perfectly and didn't take nearly as long as expected. The server did a good job. He wasn't perfect but noticed when. He forgot something quickly and fixed it right away. The bathrooms needed some TLC though. I liked how much everyone pitched in to take care of us. Way to make a good experience when you had little support.
