They make the best Mexican food in town. Great variety of choices and prices are very reasonable. The staff are really nice and everything is freshly made. I've been coming here for almost 20 years now. Love the food.
Ordered sausage breakfast burrito. The sausage was a hot dog cut up.... worst surprise ever. This place always sucks, and every few months I give it another shot. I need to learn my lesson.

Got take out last evening. This is hands down the_worst Mexican food I have ever (tried) to eat. Cheese is plastic, taco shell & meat inside = inedible. The most basic things they don't do well (a #1 combo comprised of a "cheese" enchilada and a beef taco, with sides of rice & beans). How can this place be a chain ?!? There is more than 1 location ? It is a puzzle to me how Alfonso's can stay in business given the quality of food they are dishing out.
