It took forever for someone to final come to our table, give us menus and ask for our drink order. Waitress forgot to put in one of our orders and one of our party was without food while everyone one else got theirs. I will give them credit for giving that person coupon vouchers for next time.
We keep getting the same waitress and she is nice but she takes forever to allow us to order doesn't clear the table very well .. takes 30 min to never to get a refill. And messes up the bill. Other than that the food is really good
Unfortunately for my first visit to this location my stay wasn't the greatest. The chicken skewers were dry and the service was atrocious. We waited forever to get drinks, food, and even napkins. And later we waited 20 mins to pay our bill. The owners may definitely need to take a look into this especially during playoff season.
Great club sandwich and I believe the bartender's name was Josh, was amazing! Even if he was a Yankee fan! Ha! It was pretty busy for just opening on a Sunday, lots of takeout and people at the bar and he had it all under control with ease. Tip him good he's new to the valley!
We went with a large group to watch the Superbowl. The menu is huge. Something for everyone and everyone really enjoyed their food. We ordered quote a variety so confident that everything is good.Our server was excellent as well.My only area of improvement is the sound system wasn't very good. We could barely hear the halftime show and the manager said it was as loud as it could go. The only other comment was that we had a couple wobbly chairs at the table and when we tried to swap them, there were a couple more that wobbled.But I would definitely go there again. Great location with parking out front
I came here to meet a friend for wings. I was told that the wings were delicious here. I was really disappointed because even though I asked for crispy wings, the skin on the wings was very soft. I wasn't impressed by the flavor. The french fries were cold and lacked seasoning. The waitress was friendly and checked on us a few times. I enjoyed the atmosphere. This is the second time that I have been to Zipps. I am not impressed with the food.
I love this place. I have been to a few around the valley. And the wings are amazing. I like to order mine golden medium extra crispy. They have a nice heat that's not too much!! Those and a basket of fries to share and a few zipparitasmakes it a great way to watch any game. They have screens all around at all angles so you won't miss anything!!
FIRST TIME THERE AND WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I understand places are short staffed, as I am a store manager I deal with that daily. But it took almost 2 hours to get my food. Not only that I only got it BECAUSE I WENT AND LOOKED FOR A MANAGER!!!!!! Also teach your servers to not talk back to a customer and argue back. You messed up just take care of it and learn. I was also in that industry and yes customers are not always right but never argue back. Also the manager never even went back to check how we were doing. Overall just disappointed after our friends had gave it nothing but good reviews. OH AND I STILL GOT CHARGED MY FOOD .!!
Went in for wings, ordered gold hot, and I got what I expected. I was warned about ordering hot, but I don't think they are hot enough to merit a warning. They have great heat, but nothing that was absurd.
Excellent customer service, good food & drinks. Came in from Georgia and got to enjoy the super bowl with them. Very chill environment, we enjoyed the patio. Thanks from a Georgia peach!!
