We understand its a fast moving environment, but that is no excuse for rude service and rushed and inatentive. Literally i have experienced better service at McDonald's...and of course cheaper prices. They really need customer service training big time!!
The French toast was delicious and our server, Cindy, was so friendly and attentive. It was a great place to drop in on a long layover and would definitely eat there again next time I layover at Sky Harbor.
For the airport, a solid menu and the wait staff was nice. Tried the Croque Monsieur, which was okay, and the cheeseburger, which was yummy. I wish the fries were hotter but were adequate accompaniment to their special katsup. Kids had Mac and cheese which was super cheesy.
Good Bloody Mary and great omelette. I go here every time I fly Southwest Airlines at PHX. The food is awesome for a airport restaurant.
Something’s wrong here. Idk if it’s the Great Resignation, but it seems to me that if one opens a restaurant in an Airport, they understand that it’s all about speed and efficiency. And given that probably more than half of the total revenue depends upon alcohol, it boggles that I had to keep asking for drinks. But the waitstaff seemed more than happy to gather, jabber, and wait for their food orders than circle and ask patrons if they wanted more drinks. On my recent visit they sold me two drinks (one re-routed to the table by the server after I had ordered (frustrated) at the bar) - but could easily have been four. There’s a revenue opportunity here impeded by inattentive staff.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The Classic Breakfast is a joke. Paid $15 expecting an average sized portion. Nope, 3 small items on the plate. I saw more white of the plate than food which incl. 2 bacon strips, very small amount of scrambled eggs and a small croissant. I asked for jam. Nope, didn't have any. Server didn't even ask if I wanted ketchup. Never again.
We got to the airport yesterday, wanted to have a few simple shots of vodka, sat down at the bar,the blonde female bartender said hello to me,and then proceeded to unload a rack of glasses… so I waited… then the male bartender came over and started talking to another customer who was sitting with a drink already.. two new customers walk up and get served instantly…. I waited… I was sitting literally right in front of where they were doing dishes… my wife joined me,and we both sat.. it had been close to ten minutes and we started trying to ask for service and were totally ignored and blown off!! My wife then asked if there was another bar we could actually get service from and the server actually told us to go up a ways to another bar!! Totally appalling!!! There was absolutely no reason for them to treat us this way!!!! The bar we ended up walking to,gave us instant service!!! Do not waste your valuable time with this place…. Worst experience we have ever had in all our times in airports.. we tip high,we are easy customers…. And didn’t even get an apology!!!
Skip it. Burger was okay. Fries were okay. The $10 side salad consisted of ONLY of iceberg lettuce. Prices were too high for what you get.
horrible…cold, day old fries, and the “chicken sandwich” was a glorified, public school chicken patty on bread. Dirty chairs, dirty tables. Never again.
Had a long layover so decided to give this place a try since it's one of the few sit down restaurants here.Paloma - I was actually very disappointed in this drink. Tasted nothing like a Paloma. It was closer to a watered down margarita.sriracha chicken sandwich with fries - Not bad for a limited time item. The slaw and chicken combo was pretty good. The chicken patty was obviously a frozen patty and not made in house. All in all - the place was ok for an airport restaurant but nothing to rave about.
